Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

I find it was a bit hot before take off. If there is a way to improve the airflow it would be great

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.

I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.

I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however

Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

Poor, pilot flew as if he was in hurry and had to coverup for wasted time

seats were not comfortable, entertainment was not working and food could be much better, given the airline calls itself full service and india's flag carrier.

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.

Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.

Terrible airline... Originally, the flight was canceled and didn't receive a notification, had to learn from their twitter account... Rebooking was a huge pain... Every other airline like American and United did eventually fly a day later... The flight had a layover, no other airline needed one... India is such a weak nation globally, this airline has no leverage to negotiate good airspace... Flight left late, again no notifications as to why at the airport. On the plane, wifi is spotty, chargers don't work... The only saving grace used to be good food. Even that has gone down the drain. Just the worst!

The web check in doesn’t work. Had to wait 10 minutes on the counter for them to figure out boarding. I understand AI Express doesn’t have a practice to offer food to everyone in the business class. The flight attendant asks for name (not sure why she doesn’t know it especially with only 8 passengers in the business class) to figure out whether or not they should serve food. KAYAK should sell AI Express tickets separately, not as part of AI. Neither the experience close to AI, the Maharaja points also don’t get awarded despite Express being part of AI.

Never ever travel with Air India is a very conscious promise made to myself. Poor customer service , irresponsible staff, pathetic operations and bad planes. Overall -0/10. Planes had mosquitoes in it.. i am still thinking what international standards of hygiene are they even following????. Operations team has no quality standards. They can route you anywhere on any plane inspite of a confirmed ticket and a web checkin… without your consent. Go for AirIndia if you love challenges and roller coasters and safety, time and hygiene is never your priority.
