This was my first flight on Akasa Air. Overall experience was average. But the landing / touchdown was one of the worst that I have seen. Very hard and rough, it was scary.
The flight was 90 minutes late, but other than that no issues whatsoever. Boarding was quick and the flight crew were well-trained.
Really liked attitude of staff, particularly at the time of Check-In, though they were slow. and punctuality of the flight, In tie take-off and in-time landing.
Nice place and crew. Everything from checking bags all the way to arrival was excellent
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SEATS. I was on row 6 and they had put exit row seats (where the handrests don't move). I am 5 ft 2 and had NO space in front of me - the seat in front of me was touching my knees. Was the most claustrophobic 3 hours of my life. It was like being in a cage. I won't be traveling in Akasa ever again unless there's a must-go situation and no other options are available.
Considering their new step to aviation world , it didnt seemed like they doesn't know how to serve the guest on board and in ground . Super prompt services is really appreciating and on time rather before time arrival is something to applaud.
Overall experience has been festinating. your on ground staff at the check in counters are very special and they make a big difference on my opinion and hence rated them 10 out of 10. Well groomed, speak politely, guide well and give appropriate suggestions. During boarding also it is well planned and well managed. Overall a good job. just an issue with your Mobile app. while check - in from mobile app it dosent take the Auto assigned seats and then when done from a Laptop it takes place. This has to sorted out. I have faced this issue for the 7th time in last 40 days while travelling with Akasa Air.
My choice of food was not availabe for purchase, even veg cup noodle was not available and I had to settle for chicken. The Kombucha was great though The landing was very bumpy. Would not prefer to fly again
Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities
Very hard seats for long flights. No food even on International flight. Won't fly Indigo again if I can help it.
Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.
Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant
Staff needs to be trained in managing customers better. Indigo appears to be a low cost airlines in all aspects.
Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

Flight was delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes. Boarding experience was pathetic, even arrival got delayed due to lack of ground staffs.
For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.
Liked the XL seat, but didn't like the check-in process at the Delhi Airport gate 5B. Though I had paid for the priority boarding, there was mad rush at the gate and allowed whoever with might pushed in. Then at the gate we were picked up for compulsory checkin the hand baggage as the flight was full. There were any with more than 2 bags and massive cabin baggage. But they didn't dare to stop them.. Overall a very badly managed check-in process.
The seat belt was in shredded. It seems that no pre-boarding checks are done

There were no flight information on the screen and not even on the gate. I was very confused if I was in right gate

Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!
The crew was polite. The snacks were served cold and were tasteless.
Absolutely ignorant Air India personnel at the Air India counters in Cochin Airport.
We had extra baggage which is an ordinary event. The check-in counter experience for them to calculate the additional amount owed and collect payment was terrible - very manual, multiple counters to resolve, took more than 30 minutes

First and the foremost I was shocked to see airindia standards have come down so low . The food was horrible . They served us 3 meals for vegetarian and all the was paneer . The orange juice was not at all cold it was smelly . After you take this heavy price air India should learn from other air lines . I at one point felt like throwing up . After all this when we landed we were not given landing slip . We had to wait for 45 min at the immigration just because no one was given landing slip . To top it all we were 3 passengers and had checked in 4 check in luggage . Out of which 3 have not yet arrived . Basically status says the loaded it in our flight ( this was a direct fight ) and it never reached . We are still waiting . There is nothing great to tell about our flight . The he only good thing was the crew were very helpful .
Bags got damaged for multiple passengers, and they wouldn't even reimburse the depreciated price of the bag.

Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Best flight I have taken so far between US and India. Air India service was surprisingly amazing.. had a low expectation, but the new Air India exceeded it.
Not good. We were travelling as a family with 2 kids (6 and 3 yr old) and all of our 4 seats were assigned separately. The flight attendant didn’t help with the seating. Instead we were helped by few fellow passengers who vacated their seats allowing us to sit together.
We had a pleasant journey in Air India. Commentable service was provided by the Cabin crew.
I liked nothing. The quality of earphones provided was poor. This could be better.
