Find cheap flights from Kentucky to Chennai

Pros: The crew were nice enough. However, I thought it was strange that the flight attendant woke up the guy next to me to see if he wanted to eat, which he didn’t.

Cons: Checking in was bad. We had difficulty with the agent, who said that we needed to wrap our plastic tubs. We have flown other airlines using these same tubs for 15 years. After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future.

Pros: Crew super!! Entertainment very good

Cons: Plane excellent condition and super clean. Take off and landing on time

Pros: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Cons: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Cons: Istanbul to frankfurt flight had no entertainment, no charging usb ports n a small ham sandwitch for breakfast - this was a 4 hour early mirning international flight!!!
