Boarding was delayed. Taxing for take off was long. Touched down with a thud

There were no flight information on the screen and not even on the gate. I was very confused if I was in right gate

The checkin staff did a great job and were very easy to work with.

Cons: "Arrived at the hotel and AirIndia told me they had no record of my reservation despite me being able to provide a confirmation number. They hassled me for a while before finally giving me a boarding pass. I barely made my flight"
Pros: "Air India service was terrible, seat was very uncomfortable and it was broken , not reclining. 16 hrs flight with uncomfortable seat and terrible service made me sick. Food was horrible , I got stomach bug and rightnow I m sick with stomach virus. Crew provided terrible service"
