Due to delayed flight we missed our connection flight to Amsterdam. Though Emirates have rebooked in next day's morning flight, to get the hotel voucher etc could have been improved. We have waited for nearly 2 hours to get the hotel arrangements. Even some Emirates officials were asking why hotel voucher was not provided at the embarking point. However the hotel and food was excellent.Due to lot of flight disruptions huge crowds were present in front of Dubai connect as everybody was asked to contact Dubai connect office. Some better arrangments are to be thought of
Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible
It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.
Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!
It went well except at delhi airport they told me that my flight is canceled and only after talking to manager they were able to find seats for me and my wife
Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

The 2 sockets near me didjt work i had my phone by end of the flight on low bat and had issues to book uber thereafter Electrical sockets should work if emirates does not allow batteries Baggage claim in zurich took very long
Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.

The flight from Zurich to Montreal was not a good experience due to 3.5 hour delay
One would expect far better service and quality of seats from Swiss. The crew was super cold at best. My wife and I are both Star Alliance gold members and none of them even bothered to come and acknowledge our status and make us feel special. Seat is in need of a major overhaul. It’s simply outdated and the TV screen is far too small. Food and drinks selection was very sub par.
Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)
I was mislead in the booking thinking I was purchasing via kayak however underpricer was the ticket vendor and I did not have access to seat selection, wifi or the lounge at the airport with my business class ticket for this reason. I did know know these issues were going to occur when I bought the ticket, I was very displeased
Over all good experience. Cabin crew should have been more attentive and the food quality should improve.
Crew from ground is great but the aircraft is small and last 3 rows luggage section was occupied by crew so no space for travelers. Food was OK
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

It was mediocre. Honestly, the flight was late but that didn’t bother me as I had plenty of time. The only thing that bothered me is that the crew never asked to make the beds for us in business class. Maybe the crew was exhausted and that just didn’t occur to them.

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!
I appreciated a meal on the shorter flight. It was slightly delayed with no announcement but I was able to determine what was happening.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
Really old air craft, broken seats and tray tables. Entertainment screens don’t work. Charging ports didn’t work.

seats were not comfortable, entertainment was not working and food could be much better, given the airline calls itself full service and india's flag carrier.
The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Crew was polite. Ground crew was prompt in informing about the flight delay. Boarding process was ok. There was no entertainment on the flight. Blankets were not available for an overnight flight. It was very cold & blanket was given upon request. Food was average. It would have been better to serve breakfast instead of a late night dinner as people like to sleep & serving breakfast before disembarking in the morning at Singapore would have been much appreciated. Seats were ok. Plane was old.
Undisputed leader in sky for Indians. Very good crew right from ground to mid sky. Very sumptuous meals twice
