Pros: "The whole business class experience"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."
Pros: "Crew were helpful and attended to any needs that we requested. As I am a big person the seat is never that comfortable but Singapore Airlines seating is more spacious than other companies I have flown with."
Cons: "The food was not too attractive, better variety of main meals"

Cons: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

Cons: "Boarding a mess, 30% boarded as "business". Food terrible. Entertainment system doesn't work on a lot of seats as plane is very old. Cabin crew not able to handle the passengers, delayed in every aspect and forget to serve passengers. Shitty flight and service."
Cons: "The plane was freezing - absolutely freezing. Too cold. There were not enough fluids given out. Given we could not even take water brought in the airport into the plane there needed to be regular distributions of fluids on the flight as there was on the flight from London toy Singapore. It is a long flight and being dehydrated on a plane is not a good thing."
Pros: "I dropped my scarf and only realized after I was seated. People were still boarding and I told a young man attendant and he found it and brought it to me. And he was such a gentleman too! Wish I knew his name but it was Frankfurt to JFK 835am flight on April 3rd. Thank you again!"

So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

some sections of airport are too cramped. The screening of luggage was twice and a huge hassle. They kept saying my boarding the for my next flight was in 10 minutes but were dragging the screening too long. having a 2 hour connecting time with this much delays in screenings is not good. They could see I was traveling with special needs kid yet I was" randomly chosen" to be personally screened again.
Ambience of the aircraft was great. Spacious seats with sufficient leg room in economy class. The layover could have been shorter.
Vistara i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience Qatar Delhi .. only complain .. no clear signage to lounge for transferring pax .. its a Delhi shot coming.. no feeling of exclusivity for biz/ 1st class pax.. but everything else was much better .. once i boarded Qatar .. i loved it

I paid for international flight experience but instead got domestic flight experience through indigo - the seats were not comfortable, lacked charging stations in seats, no head rest. I feel cheated for the money I paid for the ticket.
Everything was top notch. Only issue was the delay, but Qatar worked diligently to get me on the next flight. They were kind to walk me to their lounge in Doha to make sure I ate, slept and showered.
I was not able to check in online before the travel. It showed some error. I remember I could not do this during my onward journey. I called Qatar and they said there was a glitch.
The flight was canceled so it’s stupid to send me this now !!!!!
Pros: "The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."
Cons: "Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea."

Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled""

Cons: "My suitcase was completely soaked from the rain in Istanbul. It must have been left on the tarmac in Istanbul before it was loaded onto the aircraft. I had clothes on the inside that needed to be dried once in Cairo."

Cons: "Every other part of the flying Turkish air experience, particularly Istanbul airport itself. Delayed flights, missed connections, rude, angry staff, worst layout and signage of terminal space. Exhausting."
Pros: "Turkish continues to go above-and-beyond to provide all of its passengers with a quality experience. Meals were actually good (I opt for the Vegetarian offering) and Economy seats are perfectly fine."
Cons: "Both ground staff and inflight crews border on rude, but I choose to believe it's a cultural thing and not a corporate or personal failing. Really, it's a coldness more than anything. No warmth or empathy. Planes are showing their age, particularly in the seat monitors. Screens have dead zones with inoperative icons. Also, quite a few seats were literally falling apart. But, when you fly to more countries than any other airline, some wear-and-tear is to be expected."
Pros: "Food was good. Able to get lots of water. Wide variety of movies/TV shows. Was happy with the service overall. Would compare them to Delta for international flights."
