We were told that flight was delayed by 20 mins, but it left close to an hour late. But they did make it up and arrived early; it's just very difficult to keep waiting when it's a late flight. Food was mediocre.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.
Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!
By the time the “sell “ cart came around to row 17 they were out of several items. This happened both leaving and arriving in Kuala Lumpur. Poor planning.
The crew is good, but the flight delayed and there is two passengers keep talking during the flight

Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey

Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Bad. Screens didn't work, faulty trays, unclean bathrooms, etc.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good
