Flight was delayed from 8pm to near midnight. They made us board then sit in the cabin and wait for even longer for take-off. No compensation whatsoever - not even in a free drink or meal
The flight has been delayed for nearly an hour, yet neither the captain nor the chief steward made an effort to explain the reason for the delay or offer any apologies to the passengers.
Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!
Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
I regret flying air Asia everytime I fly them. Baggage policy is a joke and the fact they issue mobile boarding passes but you can’t ever use them?? A waste of everyone’s time (you can only use them flying out of bangkok or KL)

Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!

The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.

worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
