Paid for the seat 17D. I found that that seat has no lean back facilities
Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)
Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!
I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.
Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect
Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant
There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Air India Express operates as a separate airline, so it says. Air India Express is a subsidiary of Air India and is part of the Tata Group, which acquired a 100% stake in the airline. (https://www.tata.com/business/air-india-express). Yet Air India express is not a member of Star Alliance, so Star Alliance gold members do not receive the benefits they would had they traveled on a mainline Air India flight. Even though it's a subsidiary of Air India, which is a Star Alliance airline. Very frustrating.
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Bad. Screens didn't work, faulty trays, unclean bathrooms, etc.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good
It was less packed. Food was good.Ac was controlled and neatness ok.
