Cons: "The flight was 3 hours delayed - and the captain never told us exactly what was wrong. The boarding lane was a chaos as well - and the tv screens never really worked. Terrible!"

Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

There was one to two person doing the checked in and it took about 40 minutes to get done, unacceptable. The lines for non on line check in went faster then the on-line and they have four times more people that was in the on-line checked in. In flight, the seat felt liked you're sitting on a rock after a couple of hours. I'm an aircraft mechanic who used to be a flyer with 7,000 flying hours."

I said iwas not charged extra at miami why you are charging extra here ,they said rules are different at miami but in hyderabad this is the case I am very much frustrated on this service ,atleast once in a year i will travell on qatar from next time i never prefer to travel on this carrier. It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Cons: "I have used Kayak many times but I am afraid I may not use it anymore. We booked tickets to India from Boston few months ago. We booked for Emirates. But we got the tickets issued through web jet. With the recent travel ban we wanted to reschedule our tickets. And then the whole problem unravelled. We called kayak to reschedule. Kayak team said its not their responsibility and forwarded me to Web jet. We called emirates directly but they said since we booked tickets via Web jet they will be able to help. So we called Web jet and they charged a hefty 250-300$ extra to what Emirates would have charged for difference in pay. They said its basically the processing fee. We were disappointed as the reason for postponing was not in our hands, and the fact that kayak passed the buck to Web jet in dealing with the issue. If we had bought our tickets directly from Emirates the process would have been very smooth."

Cons: "In Dubai, British Air won't allow you check in more than three hours prior to flight time. Since you can't check in, you can't go through security. Since you can't go through security, you can't get to the actual terminal (where all the stores, restaurants, lounges, etc are). Therefore, if you arrive at the airport too early. you're stuck in the outer holding area prior to the check in area. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. Still weighted down with all your bags. A real bummer. Once you're allowed to check in, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the real terminal (check in, emigration, security, train ride, etc). The flight starts boarding one hour prior to departure. This leaves about 90 minutes to make it through the entire terminal and get to the gate. Any extra time can be spent looking at all the things you could have enjoyed if you could have checked in earlier. Since nobody including British Air told this in advance, we ended up twiddling our thumbs for eleven hours in the outer holding area."
