Pros: Every thing SoSo Flight delay No proper signs where to go No courtesy of staff

Cons: Cortese staff more helpful in answering to customer I had less weight in checked baggage requested agent if I could check in my small had bag which would have made it 27 kg total ( 2 kg more than allowed wt of checked baggage ) but no carry on Was spoken to very rude with agent

Cons: Flight was delayed and there are a lot of redundant checks before entering to the gate. No internet service and the flight was very long. (14 hrs)

Cons: The flight was delayed by an hour and 10 mins and no announcements at Pune airport. Cabin crew seemed welcoming when entering the aircraft but was very crude in the way food was served and didn't really care. Just wanted to get it all over with and go home it seemed.
