Cons: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Pros: "The flight attendants were professional and polite, I requested low-fat meals and they were good, the entertainment was very good, the air temperature was comfortable, most flights I had were on time."
Cons: "The legroom was a problem. Seats are kind of narrow, and then, with the lack of legroom it’s somewhat challenging to shift your legs, especially when the seat in front of you goes back! I felt like the person was almost in my lap. My cup even got crunched. I think my biggest issue, though, lay in how I was treated after paying $127.00 to obtain a day pass for the lounge each way. For my inbound flight my purse was branded with an “economy” class luggage type tag, and I was made to feel as though I was trying to sneak in. I had to show my boarding pass a number of times to employees after asking for the location of the lounge in order to be directed there, and then my credentials were examined as though I was trying to get into Fort Knox. Upon arrival at the desk, I was somewhat tersely informed that I had 6 hours. I went out of my way a bit in order to fly Qatar, which is supposed to be so wonderful, and I was underwhelmed. I’ve had better experiences on Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines."

Cons: "The flight crew had no control over the passengers on this flight! Kids running around when the seat belt sign on, called fro assistance TWICE and no one came to my seat and I held my trash for a whole hour and not ONE person stopped by to get it from me!"

Cons: "The flight departure from Dar was moved up an hour and the congestion at the airport made it close. Also I need a name tag on a checked piece of luggage. When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Pros: "The flight was on time. The crew was very accommodating. The food is better than some other airlines. The entertainment provided had a lot of choices I had an 8 1/2 hour layover in Doha. They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."
Cons: "I was sitting in economy. I booked too late to get any type of upgrade for extra legroom. For Economy it was OK, but cramped and hard to get comfortable on a 13+ hour flight."

Cons: "No wifi even though kayak advertised the flight as having it. Bathrooms were full of trash and quite dirty by the end of the flight."

Pros: "Due to the multiple booking mess, I got a middle seat in a 14 hour long leg as all all isle seats were taken. I requested an isle seat due to health issue but no help. The flight was 1.15 hour late and made me lose my connection at Chicago.Never flying Qatar again."

Cons: "No good movies on the flight. The crew hardly interacts. The food sucks and they served sausage to me even though I was a vegetarian and they said they didn't have anything else. The headrest kept falling off ."

Pros: "It was my first time traveling on business class and I had an amazing experience, friendly and helpful crew, they always made sure that I was doing fine and if I needed anything or any help. Healthy options on they food menu and delicious food and beverages. I am looking forward to traveling with Qatar airways again in the future."

I can understand that Doha is their hub, but such a flights would be really good for me as I always want to reduce my layovers. (I noticed that most travelers in my Delhi to Doha and Doha to Chicago flights were Indians, hence my request makes sense.)"

Everyone before boarding, during boarding and during the flight kept sitting in incorrect seats, no boarding passes checked. Felt like a zoo on the airline. Very disappointed."

It was not a good start to the flight."

Cons: "For my return journey I had to contact the airlines for change of date. It was a nightmare experience. Each time I called, I had to spend minimum of 45/60 minutes on hold while I was repeatedly pushed to new agents. This might be the only airline which would require an international passenger to visit the booking office personally to claim exemptions from date change penalty. ( my mother passed away and I wanted exemption because of bereavement)And to top it, no one knew the location of the booking office..."

Cons: "Justfly is a scam. Lately prices have also been highest on kayak. I trusted this platform for years and always used it as the first any only option for search but I guess once Expedia bought it it’s just a lousy company."

Cons: "We took the direct flight from chicago to Delhi and it was horrible. The flight is over 15 hours and the seats are a slight upgrade from cardboard. The trays were all broken and the media systems worked about half of the time. The air vent was full of black mold and I was cut by a broken seat. The staff at the check in desk, gate and on board were all rude. Beverage service was only offered once the entire flight. I would strongly urge anyone needing to get to Delhi to not fly air India or this specific flight."

Cons: "3.20pm flight took off at 10.20pm. Sure, the issues were due to bad weather that affected all airlines at Goa airport, but the other airlines recovered as soon as the airport was reopened around 6.30pm. Air India didn’t have a plane show up till 9pm. They even allowed the 6.40pm flight take off before the 3.20pm flight. No announcements letting passengers know what the deal was except telling us that there was a delay. I had to use apps to get the information I needed."

At the checking, they told us "you have not informed us you travelled with kids !". A huge food box is given with almost nothing inside. I am ok with no food given but please make sure you do not waste and pollute for no reason"

Not sure of why can such a major airline out of India not try to spend back a little money to improve the comfort. 3. The space was also a pain point, when you are travelling such a long leg of flight, a little bit more space is always helpful... I think this airline has the least space among the ones I traveled with. 4. India is a country of amazing culinary experience and the food here was worse than the hostel. THIS PART WAS JUST A SHAME!"
