That is when we were told we missed the connection. Then we were told to go to B1, after waiting in line we were told to go to zone E for reticketing. At which point I went in standby, only passenger from the group following to Edinburgh, did not make the 2nd flight either. Waited 6 hours at Heathrow..,"

We were on a double decker and my little sister was on a different level from me. They wouldn't let me down to go see her after we were delayed for a couple hours. Uncomfortably so, both levels were extremely warm and there are no personal vents that you can open above your head. I would not fly this again."

I just sat in the airport all night until I eventually got frustrated and went home. The airline had no idea I was in the airport and no Ethiopian staff were present to speak with. When I and my family called Ethiopian, they hung up on us, at least 6 times. This was my worst experience ever and I will never fly Ethiopian airlines again."

Also, on flights longer than three hours, they should use a plane with more entertainment (bigger plane). It was cramped and uncomfortable both legs."

The flight was supposed to be 9 hours, but we left late and it was 11+ hours. I understand things happen, but the crew gave no explanation for the delay or elongated flight. Last, but not least, when we landed in Newark we waited 2 hours for our luggage to come out. We landed at 9:50pm and didn't receive our baggage until 11:50pm. My friend and I were not even the last to get our bags. Overall this was the worst flight experience I've ever had."

They then gave me the wrong labels saying i had to check in at internationals. This caused terrible chaos and they did not seem to understand when I tried to explain that going from Bangalore to vasco de gama was domestic. Other than that a pleasant journey."

In my case I had some extra weight in my bags since I was carrying my work laptop and personal laptop with me. They didn't let me board until I talk to Manager. I wanted to file a complaint regarding it. Both my checking bags had less then 23Kg. No one at the checking told me to weigh my carryon bags. If they would have told me at that time I could have transferred my stuff. This was first and last time I was flying from Air India. I will tell all my friends and family members not to fly with Air India. TV monitor was not working in my whole flight. Even the next seat passenger had the same issues. Flimsy napkin (if you can call that!) for dinner. Generally, the worst flight experience that my wife and I have had! And, we fly a lot around the world!"
