I do not understand why Etihad changed our reserved seats without explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I expect the airline to do better, and I am requesting a full refund for the seat selection fees we paid.

Good service. But on flight to Kochi no entertainment except in app. And no working outlets to charge phone.
