I liked the newer aircraft CRJ-550 since it had WIFI and the seats are more spacious.
Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer
It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.
On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.
Newly reconfigured 380 I assume. Has a new ife with usb c ports and Bluetooth connections
Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try
The crew were really bad mannered! And spoiled all my mood throughout the flight!
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too
Limit the number of usage of wine or please arrange our seats. The passenger was drunk on this flight and not on Thiruvananthapuram to Abudhabi.
Good flight. There were a few issues with the flat bed. It was some technical issues. Otherwise everything was good
On this flight...fine. The one from India to Abu Dahbi, awful.
Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.
Etihad can improve the transfer in Abudabi gates instead of making people to climb the stairs.
Etihad checkin boarding and insight experience is one of a kind that i have never experienced in other fights. The flight crew was very kind and helpful when i traveled with my broken leg. Overall i rate the highest
Nothing was good. Everything needs to improve. Everything was abysmal. Needs lots of improvement. The check-in and baggage drop at the New Delhi airport was manned by disrespectful people, horrible experience. We will never travel by Etihad ever again.
The seat was not functional. Very uncomfortable to sit upright for that many hours😢. There was no legroom. Can’t move the legs or the body. We should have the option to pick our seats. There was no need to call customer support team and have them pick and we pay for the premium seats. When I called the CST regarding the seats, their response is gaslighting. Total disappointment. We have paid to be tortured by Etihad Airlines.
Very comfortable plane. The food was very good (for airplane food). The crew was great
My husband had a surgery sometime ago but had to stand for more than 2 hrs in the line just to check in, drop baggage and pay for excess. The staff is toooo slow leading to long ques. This made our journey very stressful to begin with. Had to literally run at the airport through the security check and to the gate in spite of reaching 3 hrs before the flight. it was almost time to board by the time we finished checking in our bags
The legroom was lacking and the entertainment system lacked adequate selection of older films. Modern films are generally not very good.

Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issues. It was a nightmare to get an alternate flight back home.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.

Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

Check-in in SAN was long. ORD was good. Flight delayed On board crew was ok. No warmth or personality. LHrR barely made connection
BA flight from London NY had old BC configuration with 2+3+2 seating with open seats which was not comfortable and lacked privacy
Check-in experience, for business call please provide a premium experience
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
There was water leaking from the bathroom in the carpet outside the bathroom in the BA flight from Chennai to London and the foot rest was breaking down
