After standing in the que for 2hrs with arrogant Air India staff treatment, i was forced to think why the h**l I booked in Air India. The flight got delayed for 6hrs and I was asked to come at 09:30pm to the airport by Air India staff. All I saw after entry was a big panic crowd with anger standing at the one Air India counter. The staff were absolutely not bothered of whos standing and for how many hours. They have no clue of how to manage a crisis...B*** S***.

Cons: We were seated towards the back of the economy class and by the time the crew reached us, they ran out of the menu options and we were forced to take left overs

Pros: I thought I was taking a budget airline but ended up feeling like I was on a top notch airline. Comfortable seats, good snacks, good services. No complaints and would definitely fly again

Pros: While waiting to board, they first informed me that I had been upgraded from Economy to Business. Then they changed their mind and said it would be Premium Economy. I still didn't mind. And then they say, what the heck, go enjoy yourself in Business. Now that is something I will appreciate for a long time. Happy Birthday Vistara!

Pros: I did not realize the flight was a Fly Dubai plane until I got to the airport. I intentionally bought Emirates Airline ticket so that I did not have to go Fly Dubai. Fly Dubai just plain sucks.

Cons: Flight crew did not clear cabin at takeoff and landing. Tables left down, seats reclined. Did not enforce standards resulting in restricted egress in case of emergency. Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though.

The seats were horrible, 2 seats together, no privacy, no lie flat seats, the window seat person has to wkke up the aisle seat person to cross his seat to go to the bathroom. The air hostesse and the plane crea cordoned of 9 seats in the middle with curtains for themselve

Cons: This is lazy people never bother what ever you tell them. I don’t think they will improve. Your travel blog should not do any business with them it will bring shame & negativity.

Cons: It was an old aircraft and felt dirty. Screens, seats, lavatories, everything was old. There were some really loud and rude passengers behind us causing disruption to everyone around. The crew tried to handle it but the passengers were just not cooperating.

Cons: In Oman airs home airport there was no service desk. When the flight was delayed the sent 1 agent do deal with a full glitch’s worth of guests. Even though the delay was over 6 hours they gave no compensation besides lounge access to a lounge that is not fully functional. The next morning (yes the delay was overnight and they didn’t provide a hotel room) they called us all to the gate only to tell us they still were waiting for the plane to be repaired (the night before they’d Told us the flight would be in time as they’d flown another plane in). Again there was only one Oman air agent and just normal airport staff to handle the full flight. People were yelling and there was a lot of anger but no official announcements were ever made and only rumors passed from those who actually had a chance to talk to the on me guy. Finally when i arrived in Bangkok it seemed like they had there act together as there were many agents on the gangway to assist people to find connecting flights. Being so late there was only on flight for me and several others trying to get to Phuket. An agent took us to immigration and told us all he’d meet us in the other side to take us to the check in. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP. We couldn’t go back in the airport to find him or anyone from Oman air and were left to find an airport employee who graciously helped us find the booking office and just make the flight. I fly internationally regularly and this was by far the worst airline experience I’ve ever had or even heard about.

Cons: The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given. The bland and overcooked food. The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm.

Cons: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight

Cons: luggage did not make connecting flight from dubai to jfk, inspite of pilot telling us 1 hour or so delay was waiting for luggage. at jfk was told can get same night if want to. this proved futile . spent hours at JFk waiting and talking to Emirates. spoke with multiple agents including Luz, sarah, etc. finally around 12 midnight was told customs would not release till next day. but promised to get it to us by 12noon next day (flying to wyoming next day at 330 pm) . this did not happen. again multiple phone calls and promises , failed. Kiamaria even got text of address in WY where 2 suitcases should have gone. All 4 suitcases were sent to NJ and arrived at 9pm. more phone calls. this time Rachel helped with fedex labels unfortunately more problems as fedex said no barcode and we had to go to fedex office and finally they took care of it so many hours wasted, not to mention the anxiety and frustratioon How are you going to reimburse all this ????
