Flight itself good .Landing at terminal3 and connections to terminal1,it is connections nightmare,specially for disable person
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.
Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.
No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good
First flight out in the morning is often the best chance of running on time. Not in this case, which unfortunately is now what passengers can expect as what is common. - If you are late for a flight, too bad for you. - If West Jet is late, too bad for you. - Bags don't make it? Too bad for you. - Flight change by 1+ days, too bad for you Prices continue to increase, while customer service nosedives. This is backwards and in any other develop country would be considered unacceptable - except for Canada. Too bad for us.
The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton
Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying
The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.
At 6'2" the seat space was very cramped for economy. Otherwise good.
No issues other than paying twice for my seat selection.
Everything was great, clean plane and washrooms. Flight was on time, excellent boarding process

Horrible. Multiple delays for every reason imaginable. Missed connection which led to missing work. How does a plane make a detour to refuel. Do the fueling then have to refuel a second time at the exact same spot? Mind blowing.
Very bead I am going to Vancouver to toronto. Not boarding receive. Before flight ✈️ time I have to take boarding. Boarding manager asking me pay $89 . Just flight ✈️ time before I pay .after provided the Boarding pass. Flair Airlines management not good. But kayak is best application.
Not good Even after I made my booking, I was charged $90 for my boarding pass. I have collected boarding pass i pay $90 near . Flair airline not good. Without pay no boarding pass.
The flight was smooth, but the seats are not comfortable. I was not able to sleep. The sizes for the personal item and carry-on are way smaller than other airlines.
Leg room was terrible and seats very narrow. Flight was also delayed.
The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.
The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.
It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.
flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.
