Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.
I am tired of being nickel and dimed for seat location, checked luggage and carry on bags. That is why i rarely fly anymore.
I had purchased a ticket that allowed one check bag yet I was still charged for my bag! the lady at the ticket counter was rude and condescending.
Very, very dirty plane and I fly around one time a month. This plane looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, good flight.
Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me
Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.
While going to Porto Portugal my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .
I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service
I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.
Late again. 3 out of 4 late. One cancelled flight and one lost bag.
Terrible. Missed my flight to final destination because of delayed British Airways flight. Had to spend 12 hours in airport and $1500 for new plane tickets
Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks
Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.
This was an American Airlines flight. The crew were very unhappy and quite grumpy. Abrupt to the point of being rude. The food was dreadful. Indeed the breakfast was in edible. I will avoid AA at all costs in the future.
The layover time was barely 1.30 hrs and the security clearance sucks. I almost missed my flight but for the help of a manger. She held the flight for me. My baggage did not arrive. The entertainment did not work, I had to switch my seat 3 times for different issues. The travel was not fun
TIRED OLD plane. Seat cushion is completely old and NOT cushion at all; after an hour of flying butt hurts. Boarding is a complete disaster. No one respects the boarding groups, and the BA boarding crew care less about boarding groups or Tier status. What is the point of spending all this money on Business Class tickets when no one respects the boarding system? It took 90 minutes since we landed to get our luggage. 20 minutes to show on the screen which belt we are supposed to go to and another 1 hour to get our luggage - not the kind of service you will expect from BA at LHR
It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.
They sell 1h /1h30min connection ticket that are impossible to make
