Cons: "The baggage check-in India, I requested for fragile since I had glass stuff in my luggage but that was not done. The air hostess in the flight from hyd to Abu Dhabi mentioned me that I had to make specific preference for veg meal which I haven’t done for my flight to India neither before."

Cons: "My partner and I had booked our tickets separately and so were under different levels of check in (online). We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."

Cons: "The entertainment screen looked aged. Very slow and not so good resolution. Certain sections of the Abu Dhabi airport are disappointing. Bathrooms in that particular section of the airport were really dirty and broken. Also travelling by bus to the airplane is not desired for such a major airline home airport. I read somewhere that airport is going to go through major renovation in 2019, so I hope it will become as good as Dubai airport"

Had to spend couple of hundred dollar for accomodation . Not happy at all. First time experience with flight and booking agent is very unsatisfied. Thank you though"

The crew to abu Dhabi was Ok but I had the worst experience ever on the flight to Ahmedabad. I actually got yelled at by an air hostess because I accomodated an elderly couple to sit togather and I sat on next seat over. Not a common sense airline. The Abu Dhabi airport was hot as hell. Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

Cons: "Could not do web check in jet airways website. Apart from it, everything was good as they were Etihad flights. Hyderabad airport was unorganized about checkin process. Except that, everything about Etihad was a great experience. Food, service crew, lounge areas, aircraft comfort and entertainment were great."

Cons: "We were asked to stand for boarding. And instead of having us board they boarded first class and handicapped people. I understand these people have the right to board first. However, if you know that you have more than 20 handicapped to board first do not have an entire zone of people stand for 40 minutes"

Cons: "Flights was delayed by 20 mins from JFK airport to Abu Dabhi. Food was horrible. No desert provided. Juice was not natural. It was sugar added juices. Two hour free Internet never worked. Landing was not smooth."

Pros: "I was pained to see so many passengers hassled at checking time by the crew. When carry luggage with same dimensions was allowed on onward journey how can it be oversized on the return journey? I was asked to refer the website for dimensions and tod that Ethihad does not use standard carry on baggage size. Some passengers were forced to buy new carry on luggage at the airport. It is pathetic service in my opinion because the airline put so many elderly passengers with no knowledge of English to a lot of heardship."
