I was mislead in the booking thinking I was purchasing via kayak however underpricer was the ticket vendor and I did not have access to seat selection, wifi or the lounge at the airport with my business class ticket for this reason. I did know know these issues were going to occur when I bought the ticket, I was very displeased
Over all good experience. Cabin crew should have been more attentive and the food quality should improve.
Crew from ground is great but the aircraft is small and last 3 rows luggage section was occupied by crew so no space for travelers. Food was OK
From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too
Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.
Seats were very comfortable and the staff too was very friendly.
Crew Check-In – Kolkata (CCU) The crew handling check-in in Kolkata was outstanding—efficient, courteous, and highly organized. Flight Segment – CCU to Abu Dhabi (AUH) A standard flight overall. Notably, only one in-flight meal option—a vegetarian curry—was available, which seemed unsuitable for a red-eye journey. The crew offered no alternatives, which was unexpected. Flight Segment – Abu Dhabi to Rome (AUH-FCO) Comfort improved on this leg, but service quality was average, falling short of Etihad’s premium standards. Crew attention was heavily absorbed by a difficult couple in Row 15 (port side), resulting in disproportionate focus. It was concerning that a steward had to personally return to apologize, a task better suited for supervisory staff. This highlights a development opportunity for supervisors Anna and Quashim in managing guest escalation professionally.
Everything is good and improved and needs to improve economy class seat more specious so long journey we can enjoy and it will be give more relaxable. Overall all services good and safely landed . I enjoyed my journey and all the cabin crew members services very well.
It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.
The legs room was not enough at all. The seats are not comfortable enough for long journey but other than that it was very good

Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
Seats are too close . Need to make little wider so passenger can sit comfortably
