We travelled in economy, were very satisfied with the comfort and keg space of the seats. Food was great compared to other airlines, the crew were very helpful and friendly. Since i was travelling with kids, i needed assistance multiple of times. Will be definitely taking long flights with Emirates from now on.

Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
We had to deboard using stairs. Why didnt you have the aero-bridge?

The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. I am a larger than average person and in my opinion i don't think it's fair to allocate a window seat to anyone who is my size or larger, i was seated between 2 large passengers on a full aircraft. The guy in the window seat also occupied a portion of the middle seat (my seat) which made my experience of flying with etihad very cramped and uncomfortable, i was flying from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok. Had this been a airbus 380 it would have been better as the seats are larger but unfortunately it wasn't so i had to endure the 6+hrs unable to get any rest
Old plane, old entertainment system. It wasn't working throughout the entire flight. I was offered to connect to their system via Wifi to watch on my phone. Crew wasn't very helpful except one lady who turned the experience around.

After paying for my seats, I was cramped, had no overhead bin space, freezing as the flight had no temperature controls, the food was awful and served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and then never received any. Every thing was very food except the meal. It was a sandwich of something like a beef kebab. It was really bad in terms of hardness as well as taste. We were a family of 7 persons non of us could eat it his sandwich. Cake was good.

IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.
Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation
Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.
