Pros: If you book through a company such as booking.com, they refuse some of the services you would get if you book directly through their website.

Pros: The room was very clean, you can even smell the fresh scent of the soap on the sheets. Staff was more than accommodating and you are centrally located, steps from the cathedral, parking new and old Santiago.

Pros: The staff was so friendly. My fiancee and I just finished the Camino Frances and we wanted our last two nights to be in a hotel so we could relax a little. This place was perfect. The rate was 45 euros the first night and 50 euros the second night. The place was clean; we had one double bed and a single bed. We also washed our clothes in the sink and hung them by the tub to dry and later in the day, the woman working there said she saw our clothes and they were very wet and she offered to put them through their washing machine because it would get them dryer than they were currently and then she could hang them. It was such a kind gesture and we accepted (after trying to figure out what she was saying to us for 5 minutes due to our limited spanish). By the evening, our clothes were even cleaner and dryer. We had a flight early in the morning the next day and the man at the front desk called a taxi for us and told us what the fixed rate would be. Excellent service! Very pleased with our stay!

Pros: Staff, building, and location was awsome! Only one thing I felt inconvenienced was the bath looked not that clean. However, overall was so nice!

Pros: Great location to central activities and access off/on hwy if driving. Staff super friendly !! (this property is located in medium sized "mall/market") Very clean, quiet and secured. Many thanks!
