Pros: Array of cured meats and smoked salmon every morning. Friendly staff.

Cons: Really bad wifi. Worse than the free wifi you get in airports. Connection would drop out periodically, and when it was working it was slow.

Pros: Wonderful room, great staff! Definitely will stay again !

Cons: Expensive for location and what it is, a little overpriced but amazing staff and great hospitality! Recommend it!

Pros: The room was what I expected after seeing the booking photos. Everything was clean and always tidy.

Pros: Bar service was good. As it was the only place to eat on the Saturday (Corona Virus lock-down) I think they managed extremely well and kept the drinks and food flowing. The general feel of the place was relaxed and friendly.

Cons: The view from the room was disappointing. The bar was a little short staffed at times which meant waiting for service longer than was ideal.

Pros: The staff was very eager to assist, always greeting guests with a smile. They were very helpful in marking up maps to help me find locations I wanted to visit. The restaurants were quite good and the food delicious. Rooftop pool and bar were good.

Cons: The hotel was located only 6 blocks walk to the beach, but in an area that was not pleasant or attractive. It was rather industrial with so much graffiti it looked like gang territory. When I first arrived I did not feel safe walking around there.

Cons: Although the lighting was interesting , there wasn’t enough light on specific areas such as the table , in the bathroom mirror, or cabinet /closet .The shower faucet was challenging to open and turn off and the water didn’t drain fast enough

Pros: Excellent Price for the services provided. Hotel is very clean and classy, staff is very friendly, food is great and being close to the Barcelona beach (13 min walk) is a bonus. Definitely would recommend

Cons: I checked into the hotel much after 2amt, came late from a trip. I was exhausted. I overslept, shortly after 11am i got a call from the concierge and the lady had a nasty attitude told me just come down & check out now

Pros: Breakfast is good, lots of variety, the rooms are large and the bed too.

Cons: The hotel should have an indication that it is a family hotel, there are quite a few children in the hotel lobby, at breakfast, and in the corridors, always running around and making some noise. The elevators leave us on hold sometimes 8/9 minutes because when it opens it is full and we have to wait again. The employees are not the friendliest.

Cons: Had a booking on 12 March, a day before the Covid-19 lockdown in Spain. Requested to move dates or at least partial refund. Got nothing. They even claimed that it's absolutely safe to travel to Barcelona. It's sad to know that some people value their profit higher than peoples life. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Cons: Hello my reservation was from 14.03.2020-18.03.2020. Im from Germany , i didnt flight in Barselona because of world situation with Coronavirus. I was calling in the hotel from 12.03.2020 and was asking if i can change for different dates. I can schow how many times i was calling and speaking with them. All workers in the hotel told me that its possible to change , they asked me from what country Im and then told me that i need to write them letter . I got two different e-mail adresses it was h5560-re@gmail.com also I was writing in h5560@gmail.com. After i wrote them i was calling in the hotel to ask if they got my letters. All people in hotel told me that they have not possibility open e-mail. Then i was talking with one guy from reception his name is Oscar. Oscar told me that my reservation not possible to manage because i already paid but he need to ask manager in the hotel. Oscar asked manager and he told that they will change my booking dates. Last time i called them 16.03 and i asked why i didnt get any answer. Woman from reservation departament first told me that sche will check if im not in the hotel to change my booking dates and then she told that they cannt do anything. Its first time in my life that i see so TERRIBLE stuff in hotel. Maybe if they told me from the very beginning that they will not change booking dates i would not call them 100 times. Today i got letter that hotel is not able to rebook dates that all quastion we need to give in booking. com. They lie because booking.com sent letters in all hotels with request to back money or rebook reservation for all people that booked hotels till 30.04.2020. Anyway i can say that i booked through booking trips in March and they changed dates of reservation WITHOUT problem only Novotel Barselona dont want change dates ! Terrible service!!!!

Cons: The hotel management and staff just TERRIBLE. El hotel ha abierto sus puertas sin personal suficiente ni cualificado para ser un 4*SUP. Al llegar; baño estancado y caja fuerte sin funcionar hasta la mañana siguiente el problema no fue solucionado porque solo cuentan con un chico de mantenimiento para todo el hotel el cual solo trabaja de mañanas. Durante nuestras 3 noches de estancia nuestra habitación tan solo fue "limpiada" una mañana. ( cambio de toallas y cama MAL hecha). Al llegar al hotel a las 3PM y ver que nuestra habitación seguía sin hacer llamè y llamé y llamé ( lo digo así porque hasta que te cogen el teléfono es mejor bajar y ponerte a la cola lenta e infinita) y llamé y llamé a recepción y de muy malas formas me contestaron que primero se hacían las habitaciones de check out y a continuación las de huéspedes que continúan su estancia XD!!!!! LOOOOOOL ósea se , que si te quedas en el hotel por más de una noche olvídate de que te limpien. Desayuno en el hotel: 2 zumos de naranja y un sándwich 25 EUROS!!! ni en el Burj Al Arab de Dubai ( hotel de 7*) te cobran esa barbaridad. JAMÁS recomendaría este hotel, aún está MUY lejos de poder ser un 4*SUP , un hotel sin personal suficiente ni cualificado a precios desorbitados y trato horrible hasta tal punto que deseas que tu estancia llegue a su fin lo antes posible.
