Cons: "Extra baggage was charged $250 for 1 extra baggage when other airlines change $70. Also on the Qatar Airway site it states that after 3 hours of the flight if seats are available business class upgrade would cost much less and this was not the case. They wanted $2000 for the upgrade."

There was no remote unlike the B787 between MAN and DOH. Pre-download things on laptops, tablets, phones or whatever ifyou are not going to sleep on the flight. It also took 3 hours because of UAE and Qatar :("

Cons: "7kg and only one carry one!?? Budget airlines do better!! Try being a professional with a laptop and a few travel essentials and you won’t get far on Qatar. How crazy. Even if you have diamond one world status (the highest) unless u fly business class there is no chance in getting more onboard for your carryon. Works best airline my a**!"

One of the economy rest-rooms were out of order and I was allowed to utilize the business class restroom by the flight attendant. Head bursar was very apologetic and sympathetic about the whole issue. Enjoyed my flight, again on Qatar!"

It is now one week after my flight and my luggage is still not with me. I have spend lots of money and written 3 LONG mails to Qatar Customer Service - some have been teplied with a ”we will get back to You” note - but nobody has gotten back to me so far. Not 5 Stars. Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Although pilot tries his best to reduce the delay time but still lost our connection flight. it is known that the whole operation is complex but still believe that effective cooperation by flight crew, ground personnel and others could result in a better outcome. the hotel chosen by the office at airport was not satisfactory. Qatar Airways customers deserve better treatment."

Pros: "I have been in qatar airways many a times and they have done an excellent job connecting Kathmandu to outside world. The experience is usually very nice-the plane is in good condition, the fly crew are always smiling and helping, the food and entertainment are great."
Cons: "May be this is one time thing, but the ground crew were terrible, particularly the man who was on the check-in counter. Spoke with a robotic tone and was very rude. Spoke as if he owned the plane and we were asking for a free ride. Very disappointing start to a long journey."

Cons: "I bought a ticket from Paris to Tokyo. The one they sold me was with connection in Doha. The time between connections is minimum!! Furthermore, both flights, when we went and when we returned, had more than 30 minutes delay. So in the first one, I almost missed the connection, having to run all across Doha airport, arriving totally sweat to the plane. Furthermore, I have to take care of my back as I have two cervical herniated disks, so I have forbidden to run, but I had no choice so now I'm suffering a lot of pain and started to take my meds again. really an awful experience!"
