Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)
Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

Very hard seats for long flights. No food even on International flight. Won't fly Indigo again if I can help it.
Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.
Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant
Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

Flight was delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes. Boarding experience was pathetic, even arrival got delayed due to lack of ground staffs.
For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.
Standard Air India quality service. Nothing out of the ordinary. Exactly what anyone wants : efficient, polite, and gracious service; a comfortable seat; and on-time service
Flight was delayed almost 4 hours departing Goa. Even on arrival, there were busses to carry passengers to the terminal which were very delayed. All in all, an unpleasant experience.
The flight was cancelled and no support was offered and the rescheduled flight had several delays!! Terrible experience!

Absolutely ignorant Air India personnel at the Air India counters in Cochin Airport.
We had extra baggage which is an ordinary event. The check-in counter experience for them to calculate the additional amount owed and collect payment was terrible - very manual, multiple counters to resolve, took more than 30 minutes
Too many changes in departure time (4-5 times before the actual departure time was determined) with no reasons provided.
First and the foremost I was shocked to see airindia standards have come down so low . The food was horrible . They served us 3 meals for vegetarian and all the was paneer . The orange juice was not at all cold it was smelly . After you take this heavy price air India should learn from other air lines . I at one point felt like throwing up . After all this when we landed we were not given landing slip . We had to wait for 45 min at the immigration just because no one was given landing slip . To top it all we were 3 passengers and had checked in 4 check in luggage . Out of which 3 have not yet arrived . Basically status says the loaded it in our flight ( this was a direct fight ) and it never reached . We are still waiting . There is nothing great to tell about our flight . The he only good thing was the crew were very helpful .
Bags got damaged for multiple passengers, and they wouldn't even reimburse the depreciated price of the bag.

Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Best flight I have taken so far between US and India. Air India service was surprisingly amazing.. had a low expectation, but the new Air India exceeded it.
Not good. We were travelling as a family with 2 kids (6 and 3 yr old) and all of our 4 seats were assigned separately. The flight attendant didn’t help with the seating. Instead we were helped by few fellow passengers who vacated their seats allowing us to sit together.
Flight crew were welcoming and attentive. The flight was on time and arrived a little early. Overall a very good flight!
I liked nothing. The quality of earphones provided was poor. This could be better.
