It was good service. The very low economic seats where not comfortable

Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.

I was charged for one of my luggage twice, when I was not supposed to be charged for it

Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.

Boarding was 20 minutes late. Had to ride shuttle bus to plane in order to board.

I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people

Great, wonderful crew, comfortable flight. I had an excellent experience!

Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
