It’s pretty simple there. It’s one of the better airports.TSA has never been a problem for me there it moves and is mostly efficient… I was happy that we didn’t have to takeoff our shoes, which surprised me. They’re always seems to be long walk to the gates coming and going not sure why that is

They cancelled the 6am flight around 12:30 AM the day before. I was luckily able to book through another airline. I called for a one way fare refund, the new flight is much more expensive. I lost $$$ in the difference and this caused lots of stress. I intend to take action following my trip, really off to a bad start and I will never fly Alaskan again

My travel mate needed wheel chair assistance getting on and off, and it was excellent. Thank you!

Over all it was great. My original flight was canceled but they quickly rebooked me. I was frustrated because I had to cancel my entire plans for the day but all considered, not bad. The crew tried to keep us calm while we sat in the plane for was felt was an hour or so but they could use a bit of a script. The seats were comfortable and I would give it another try.

Staff at Gate desk were helpful. My connecting flight from the first part of my trip Kona to Seattle was late. I had to run through SeaTac Seattle to catch my flight to San Jose. They made an exception to let me board. On my return trip San Jose to San Diego and San Diego to Honolulu the same thing happened. One flight arrived late and I had to run through the terminal to catch my connection. There are no Gluten-free & Vegan options meals and snacks to purchase.

Automatic upgrade to First Class based on my status with AAdvantage. Love you guys!

The staff is very good especially the man at the boarding gate by the name of Noel. Very nice guy very helpful. Good customer service. The flight attendants are also quite nice. there was a bit of a delay leaving but not much the flight was basically on time The pretzel snack that they served everybody is very bland and dry. They need to get something more tasty

Seats are uncomfortable but let room was adequate. The snack is pretty weak and the staff not particularly friendly.

Good - San Jose security is a breeze. Exact opposite of San Diego. Flight on time. Bad - FA's were not that cheery or polite. I thought we may blow out a tire as the pilot slammed down a hard landing in perfect conditions. He came in pretty hot like he had a date waiting.

the departure got delayed due to SJC situation, but it was a quite good waiting thanks to Alaska airline teams.
