Because wasting my time at the Mumbai airport was not so entertaining for me and the airline did not even seem apologetic about it. Vistara has hired some really unprofessional and uneducated staff at their Mumbai station."

But the crew were helpful and tried their best to provide the best customer experience. 2) The boarding process normally starts with business and premium class and then followed by economy. For my flight however the economy class was boarded first while the business class passengers were kept stranded waiting in a separate line. This also reflected the inexperience of the crew which handled the boarding. 3) Vistara was my connecting flight from Pune to Delhi followed by British airways flight from Delhi to London. Though the flights were booked under one ticket, the representative did not checkin my luggage throughout the journey due to which I had to collect my baggage at Delhi and check it in again. The representative explained that vistara still didn't have alliances with most airlines allowing luggage to be checked in till final destination. This is another front on which they can improve."

Regarding the review which mentions paying for additional baggage with Kiwi.com - I also tried to book additional baggage with them. I paid for the service but was then sent an email and told I could not book additional baggage through their website and should use the Spicejet website. I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

I want KIWI or you to refund my baggage fee paid by my credit card or I will take up the case with my credit card company, I will not recommend any one to do business with both KIWI.com and Spicejet.."

On the longer leg they were also offered earlier it is true, so it seemed especially odd to serve again then."

The plane was so worn out, seat padding, there was was none, as it had seen better days, the covers were no longer covering the seats as the padding had disintegrated somewhere and were just hanging onto the seats for dear life!!!, it felt dirty and unkept, it smelled like an old toilet also. The fittings, trays where you could store your stuff was dirty also I didn't even eat the food, I was paranoid. Felt totally uncomfortable on this flight , sorry Air India but you need to have some standards on short flights despite what price you put on the seats. This was part of my long haul flight from Sydney to Mumbai which has marred my experience with you."

So, my punishment for losing part of my pass was that I couldn’t board. Nor did he smile, or help me. Absolutely rude and unhelpful. Thank god I eventually found it, and was allowed to board. In addition, entertainment didn’t work."

As a result I missed my connecting flights to Nairobi and on to Lusaka. Air India staff couldn’t be bothered to offer even the most basic support in trying to make the flight or helping to reschedule. I had to spend almost five extremely stressful hours running back and forth in the Mumbai airport to get Air India to issue a basic form letter stating their flight was delayed in order to get my next flight rebooked, and was yelled at by their abysmal customer service staff. As a result I’m out hundreds of dollars in missed flights and extra hotel rooms and arrived 24 hours late (!) to my final destination. I will think long and hard before EVER booking an Air India flight again."

To keep a long story short, I was escorted all through Chandigarh Aiport, went to 2 different offices on the opposite side of the aiport. Had to go through a rough security process once again. The whole ordeal for the upgrade took 45 minutes, with most people speaking Hindi. This was not a Business Class experience!! Although the plane was a newer A320, the seats were dirty. The inflight entertainement did not work. And the Business Class food was not very tasty and were small serving size. I wasted my money on the Business Class experience."
