Old flight not worth in economy. Even food was terrible
It took almost 4 hours to collect the luggage from the belt in Lagos. Really pathetic. Flight attendents from Dubai to Lagos were very busy and were not responding at all.
Worst kayak is worst ill never ever use kayak ever again !!
I would have liked less packaged snacky stuff, more fruit. The crew was great.
Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!
Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between

The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.
I bought Business class ticket but they treated me like economic class. No lounge allowed at check inn I have to take stuff out while other passengers have more than 25 lb in bag. Because I bought tickets from other than airlines . It’s discriminations from airlines to passengers.
Everything was excellent! It would be nice to have a slightly bigger seat
I was in business class and the lie flat seats were super comfortable. Friendly crew, nice meal. Very good experience!
All was very good however the breakfast was a bit tasteless on both flights. Many people seemed to say the same thing. Otherwise really good .
Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.
Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.
I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.
Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

IndiGo is low cost and therefore no frills, but is always a pleasant experience. No mood lighting and fancy features but clean aircraft, professional crew and absolute value for money.
Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.
deboarding is very poor after landing it took around 45 minutes to come out.
Worst checkin experience. Lot of delays. Checkin agents rude. Flight delayed. No regrets by the airline.

Flight was inordinately delayed, which has become normal with Indigo. Crews were inattentive. After landing there was a lot of time for arrival of chek in baggage
Never ever travel with Air India is a very conscious promise made to myself. Poor customer service , irresponsible staff, pathetic operations and bad planes. Overall -0/10. Planes had mosquitoes in it.. i am still thinking what international standards of hygiene are they even following????. Operations team has no quality standards. They can route you anywhere on any plane inspite of a confirmed ticket and a web checkin… without your consent. Go for AirIndia if you love challenges and roller coasters and safety, time and hygiene is never your priority.

We had extra baggage which is an ordinary event. The check-in counter experience for them to calculate the additional amount owed and collect payment was terrible - very manual, multiple counters to resolve, took more than 30 minutes

Boarding at Mumbai airport was terrible, the staff had no idea how to handle it. It was chaos - and led to a delay
My seats that I paid for were changed last minute and I had to sit in uncomfortable chairs
The boarding was not in sequence. All were invited altogether. I was not secured the meal I had asked for.
