Cons: "The seats decline fairly far back into the next seat. As a result, some of the passengers got agitated if they do not go with the flow and decline like dominoes. Both legs of the flight we had the people seated behind us kicking and shoving our seats. One gentleman was kicking my seat for a couple hours and made a scene on the outgoing flight. The stewardess addressed the gentleman and explained that I had to decline my seat because the seat in front of me was declined. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me, so every time the gentleman kicked me, it not only hurt my back, but my knees. The couple behind us on the return flight jumped the line to get onto the flight, kept kicking our seats and then pretended they did not understand when we asked that they stop. I think the pilot should address the issue upfront so this toddler like behavior does not go on. I am not sure if it is common behavior, but not something I have experienced on an American carrier."

One of the most amazing crews I have ever experienced....and food was surprisingly delicious...even ice cream. they visited frequently with water and tea. I was worried that I would not make my flight and I was supposed to work the next day. Fortunately I stopped by the CELEBI counter where Monika Taigiszer provided excellent customer service. After making a few calls she confirmed that my name was on the list and I would not have to worry. In Zurich I got my boarding pass and arrived to L.A. safely."

They were impatient and impolite, unresponsive when I used the steward attendance call for water or to move my child's tray (for over two hours)... there was much I didn't care with this airline, from their customer call service (I filed a complaint) to the state in which my box arrived in Mumbai (again filed a complaint but no one folllowed up with me). I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, especially if traveling with a child."

If one reason I had to choose to drop Lufthansa from my future consideration then that would be worst food and drinks. I would strongly recommend that they should assign people who need additional time to board at the back of the plane. It will help them to go back of the plane faster and avoid gridlock in the middle. Another advantage is it will help other passengers leave plane faster at the end of the ride. Boarding process will be come significantly faster by filling the plane from back to front by loading passanger with children and who needs time at the first loading area at the back of the plane. Cons: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Pros: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Cons: "I took a BA flight after a while. I had stopped flying BA in flight service and comfort was poor. I travel business class. Seats were dated (seat cushions), plane was dated, inflight entertainment systems dated (compared to most other airlines). Crew goofed up on food. I had a seat change which I informed the Sr Purser who came to take food order, his colleague who came to serve drinks. Still the server gave my food to the other passenger who had requested to change seats. Which resulted in no food for me. They clamoured some meal fro economy class and served so shabbily (only a pic can show how shabby it was - unfortunately I can't attach one here). In spite of all this the purser showed no remorse or offered no apology. I think I made a mistake in choosing BA, should have never come back to them."

Three hour lines for checking on status of bags, status of flights, unable to book a hotel through BA and got nothing from them. I didn’t enjoy freezing and staying there in Heathrow freezing... plus I didn’t fly this flight home due to fears of them not being able to handle a coating of snow versus what loads of snow we recieve in the states. I had to take Air India home to the US AND HATED IT... thank you BA and especially Heathrow Number one for lack of response and total irresponsibility..."

We had to track down a steward to buy a bottle of water and some lunch. At checkin I was told my new suitcase, a Travel pro carryon was too big to take on. As we boarded I saw many people with bigger carryons. Who makes these rules so inconsistently? On the positive side, we had very comfortable seats, but I did pay extra for them!!"

I don't normally suffer claustrophobia on flights, but I seriously almost stepped off the plane immediately after stepping on, given the low ceiling, and confining nature of the plane. If it had been a full flight, I'm not sure I would have made it without a full blown panic attack of claustrophobia."

The pillow was laughable - - flat as a pancake. . One of the business class lavs was out of service. . This was an overused 777 desperately in need of a refurbishment. And don't get me started on the ridiculous 2-4-2 seating in business class. How does BA think it can get away with it, when competitors offer 1-2-1?"

You get much better seats on other airlines without having to pay first prices. Boarding was confusing for people that don't know that Club World means business. And food was bland."
