It was a good experience - too many times checking at the airport - every time had to remove shoes , belt , laptop etc. that was a bit of exaggerated. The seat had a sharp metal plate -- which torn into my jeans.

The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. Planes are good. However the entertainement system is slow. The headphones are of low quality and I could hardly hear a movie The movies lack subtitiles
The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment
The crew was unfriendly and very rude to name a few (Helina). I felt unsafe due to most of the cabinets were open while on flight. All in all the flight was ok, but the crew needed more training on customer service most of all for international flights.
I had a memorable experience. I dont have any comments at this time regarding waht could be better.
It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!
They only gave us 30 minutes to make an international connecting flight. We didn’t make the connection but they did do a good job rebooking us despite the chaos. Our bags didn’t make it back and their process for customer support is pretty bad when it comes to luggage.
The food was terrible and the seating was uncomfortable, but the airline did a great thing letting us board in Abbis Ababa on our connecting flight after our original flight was very delayed.
Delays delays making us miss or next connection to IAD hence having to stay additional 24 hrs in Addis Ababa
Very terrible airline. The flights were delayed for long hours and the customer service is terrible. Never flying with Kenya Airways again.
Overall good experience but for long distances there really needs to be more room.
They boarded backwards so our zone meant nothing!!! My TV was broken, the remote was broke, the head set jack was broke! So i was stuck for 15 hours with no form of entertainment!!! The service was ok but they didn't check on us or serve many snacks. They acted like you were a burden when you hit the call button.
The plane was delayed almost three hours because boarding was unorganized then we were delayed even longer because the plane had an issue. The plane didn't look well maintained, there was also alot of tape on the exterior. I won't fly kenya air ways again after this trip.
Sadly, flights were delayed both ways with no reasons given other than " operational".
The crew was good but the entertainment was poor . All old movies and TV shows and very few of them. Needs current entertainment. Seats too firm. Food just ok. Nice though to have option with upgrade of no one sitting in middle seat
I purchased the upgrade to have 3 seats open, so I was able to sleep 9 hours. Without that I would have been miserable
Our luggage was supposed to be checked through from Arusha to Cape Town. We didn't know that it was a self transfer in Johannisburg. Kayak should not have sold this flight combination with out a self transfer alert.
There was chaos checking because of a canceled flight the day prior. Also, we had an issue with tickets. The KQ agent went above a d beyond to help us get on board the flight Overall the 13+ hour flight is uncomfortable in coach. I may try to upgrade on return
For a long haul flight, the seats were too narrow. Paid for extra legroom but wish I could have paid for width! I was pressed against another person for the whole donation of the flight.
