Flight was delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes. Boarding experience was pathetic, even arrival got delayed due to lack of ground staffs.
Try to Fly on time without keeping commercial passengers stranded
Not much food options, entertainment, crew just ignores your request. The crew is not trained at all at hospitality. No wonder why people talk rudely to Indigo crew.
For the price, I recommend other airlines. Indigo might save a few hundred bucks but the quality of service, food selection, wait time, delays is really bad. This is like the Spirit airlines of India, if you know what I mean.
Already mentioned the didorerly check in process. The crew were not aware that I pre-booked for snacks and paid for. They said I have to pay for snacks and drinks, when I showed the crew my boarding pass they said that the system was not updated with this information. Very strange excuse..

Cons: "We flew to India and back from Turkey. Both flights had 2 stops and both times Indigo said we didn’t have a second flight and wouldn’t give us a second boarding pass meaning we had to go out to the check in both times to get our second boarding pass and both times were very problematic. Also we have a 7+ hour international flight on a very small plane with no free food or drinks. Just not a very good flight experience overall."

Cons: "Flight delayed by 4 hours for mechanical issue, which would cause missed connection to Delhi, and missing onward flights to the US. We bought new tickets on SriLankan Air in order to make it to Delhi on time for our connection. Option to cancel Air India flight, but for a cancellation fee."

Cons: "Super tight seating, both in the space between the rows (my knees hit the seat in front of me), and in seat width. I am not a big person, and felt the seat was really narrow. Flight full, so no room to stretch out. Interior dated and grungy. Not a comfortable journey."
Cons: "The flight was supposed to leave at 5:45 am it was delayed for 3 hours and then canceled until 20:30. That flight was delayed for 2 hours. I finally made it to my hotel and only had 3 hours to sleep until my classes began at 8 am in Bengaluru. I have never been more miserable. Being late made my trip extremely complicated. I didn't have time to prepare for my classes. I'm never flying Air India again."

Absolutely ignorant Air India personnel at the Air India counters in Cochin Airport.
Cons: "Food is disgusting, take off was terrible (not sure if was pilot or just a super old and terrible plane). They decided to go through all of our bags again as we went up stairs to board the plane. Of my hundreds of flights I have never seen something this idiotic and redundant. Completely ridiculous to open up every single passenger’s bag before allowing them to take their seat. And this happened an hour AFTER departure time, making me and half the plane miss connecting flights. Never book through them, pay the extra to save yourself the headache. They didn’t care that they made us spend an extra $1000 to rebook international flights, just a “we understand this inconveniences you” completely ridiculous."

Cons: "First of all, The ground staff not having proper coordination at Doha Air Port. Safety induction very Poor, all demo equipment's was dirty and damaged. Another seat not really that good. Compare to other International flight this one extremely POOR. No Quality food, No Entertainment. The ONLY Flight not recommended for international travel. AIR INDIA is ok for travel."
