Pros: Well managed. The crew always had a smile on them and seems to be very helpful.

Cons: The crew was requesting to use the toilets at the rear of the plane whereas the one on the front were used by them. That’s totally unfair as there are more passengers than the crew and customer being the passengers should be given more access. The Indigo management should make sure this issue is being taken care of.

Pros: Efficient check-in and boarding.

Cons: Wanted something from onboard catalog. I asked Air hostess for it and she didn't bother to bring me the item.

Pros: The flight was delayed & we were not informed over announcement or SMS. We were kept waiting standing in Que for 45 minutes assuring every 5 min that we will board. I am a senior citizen & diabetic. My medicine & insulin routine was upset. If I would have known earlier of the delay I would had my meal & insulin in Airport.

Pros: Upgraded to Spice max. So front row seats, priority check in, fast track luggage and preboked meals.

Cons: They only had 2 options for meals on board. And both were bad. With 20 options in their menu, they had kept only 2 options and both were bad. Those too were only snack items.

Cons: I was refused food as the stewardess did not have change for ₹500:- & cost of food was ₹200/- odd. Being diabetic I had to go without my insulin.. Luggage arrived quite late in Kolkata.

Cons: We didn’t got flt pnr & was unable to travel...ticket booked couldn’t be localetd by Air India & it’s fake site & there is no reply We r going for police complaint against ur website & sasta ticket...thru whom ticket is booked

Cons: Chaotic departure area with unclear announcements, often two simultaneous announcements. Found out at last minute we were in the wrong part of the area. Could easily have missed flight

Cons: GoAir schedule changes in a blink. Scheduled 1:05 pm then delayed to 3:0 pm then rescheduled 1:30 then again 2:05 pm. It’s total madness. Almost missed the flight.

Cons: Delayed 40mins customers behave like they are on a public bus lots of pushing get impression it was first flight for many didn’t know they couldn’t stand when seat belt sign was on & applauded on landing. Check in was chaotic large family groups checking in so very slow & disorganised

Cons: The vegetarian option smelled bad. I got food poisoning a few hours later.

Cons: We are a professional touring music group, so we take dozens of flights annually. We are meticulous about booking flights with appropriate excess baggage policies, or making arrangements to pre-pay our bags to save money, time and stress at the airport. We called Jet airways to prepay for our bags (only about $250 for approx. 180kg of equipment) for our entire itinerary (GOA>BOM>NRT) and were assured on the phone that the payment that they took would cover our bags checked through to our final destination. When we arrived at GOA, we were told that our bags were only paid through BOM, and that we would have to talk to customer service there. When we got to BOM, not only were our Priority tagged bags 30 minutes late at baggage claim, when we went to check in, they did not honor our payment and also refused to accept that we pay the online rate only, despite it being their mistake... so we were forced to pay a per-kilo rate at the check in, on ANA's rate, and it was about $1500 USD. Fortunately the ANA agent gave us a 20% weight discount, but still it is inexcusably poor customer support. They could have easily admitted their mistake (why would we have only paid for half of our itinerary????) and just let the bags on, but instead they chose to rip us off in the name bureaucracy.

Pros: Jet airways will get you to your destination safely

Cons: None of our flights were on time and no one, from flight attendant to desk agent seemed to care about us missing connecting flights or rebooking to avoid frenzied races through various Indian airports. One leg of my journey, which was to take a total of 6 hours, stretched into a 12-hour ordeal. NEVER AGAIN!

Pros: Any other airlines but not SpiceJet

Cons: Long story. Have international flight with 2 pieces of 23 kgs luggage from Bangalore from Hyderabad. But at Hyderabad this guy who is not quailed to print boarding passes made me to check in my carry in bag because they won’t allow a laptop bag and charged me 6,000 rupees. Ridiculous. Their website misleads. They just rip you off. Worst airlines and shameful for airline industry. If Indian government don’t regulate these scams, will loose lot of tourist

Cons: 3.20pm flight took off at 10.20pm. Sure, the issues were due to bad weather that affected all airlines at Goa airport, but the other airlines recovered as soon as the airport was reopened around 6.30pm. Air India didn’t have a plane show up till 9pm. They even allowed the 6.40pm flight take off before the 3.20pm flight. No announcements letting passengers know what the deal was except telling us that there was a delay. I had to use apps to get the information I needed.

Cons: Check-In in Bangalore was a long tedious process. Boarding process was alright. Onboard service was at par with indigo and go-air. Luggage came out late at Pune airport. This experience was good enough to never fly spice jet again.

Cons: - The flight onward to Ahmedabad went fine but the return flight got delayed by 2 hrs, one hour to get fly from Ahmedabad and another one to land as the Mumbai airport had heavy traffic so we kept flying for an additional hour waiting for an opportunity to land. Its effect was increased by the fact that it was late at night. In fact, we were using flight rather than train to save time and it ended up costing us 5 hours between waiting and flight. - There was no food available on the flight apart from food that one should buy at an extra cost.

Cons: When you order ticket through flightnetwork.com, apparently you pay to them, but they pay to the airline. In India, some airlines like Spicejet asks you if you actually carry the credit card by which it was paired to the airline. If not, the airline will make you pay the entire fare again. The flightnetwork gets refunded, and you will be paying for it twice!! Watch out!

Pros: While waiting to board, they first informed me that I had been upgraded from Economy to Business. Then they changed their mind and said it would be Premium Economy. I still didn't mind. And then they say, what the heck, go enjoy yourself in Business. Now that is something I will appreciate for a long time. Happy Birthday Vistara!
