Cons: "It seemed like the crew didn’t care that much about the flight—halfway through there was like toilet paper and other trash in the aisle and no one cared to pick it up. Just felt a little hopeless."

Cons: "I had a business card on 01A but in the checkin I was told that the seat is no serviceable They gave a 17C economy seat and promised that if they will succeed to repair the seat I’ll will have my Haines seat 01A back On the gate I was told that seat 01A is ok but 01J is non serviceable bad compa"

Cons: "Entertainment Food Bathroom Cleanliness Cabin Crew could be more assertive in instructing other unruly passengers. Crew seemed timid and gave in to passengers who were disruptive to others."

Pros: "Normal check in process. Allow a bit longer to get through security as numerous checks. Need itinerary and passport to get into the airport! Keep your boarding pass as need this at the other end to get through customs... for some reason we had to go through international departures for a domestic flight."

Cons: "I was charged twice for luggage because i had a layover. That is a crazy policy. My extra weight ended up costing me 3 times the cost of my flight."

Cons: "Would be better if no breakfast provided, catering needs heavy reforms. No refreshing towels and No water provided when asked for several times. The staff /crew is very forgetful and needs to be reminded several times. They do not attend the toilets very regularly to check if they are clean. In total, the staff is very lazy and wet towels or tissue and other refreshment services are very limited. worst then some domestic flights I have traveled with."

Pros: "Very welcoming check in staff. Departure on time, efficient, pleasant and helpful crew. Comfortable seating, food reasonable and up to date entertainment. Toilets clean & fresh. Arrived on time and collected bags without any problems. Value for money. Would definitely choose Air India again. Arrived in Chennai happy and relaxed. Thank you."

Cons: "food was poor quality with two carb based snakes and odd hr of full meal. Flight should make passenger ready for destination. Not sure offering only meal during 15 hr flight was 3-4 hrs before 7AM arrival was a good idea. Entertainment was not working on my seat on a 15 hr flight. The headphone jack was broken!!"

Cons: "The food is served buffet style. Obviously that does not keep it at the correct temperature for 25+ hours. I battled Food poisoning within hours from getting off the plane."

Cons: "Checkin counter queue to get boarding passes was too long. Queue management was poor. Many staff members walking around doing nothing to help waiting customers. Chit-chatting with each other and laughing around while customers are waiting to get service."

Cons: "Planes on San Francisco to Delhi route are really old and smaller than most of the international flights. The interior of ppane has really old look and feel. Most of entertainment screens don't work as expected. Seat cushions are really old and worn which makes 16 hours for flight even more uncomfortable. Food is ok quality as well."

Cons: "Tv and lights did not work from the start. This was not sporadic but 7 rows did not have any entertainment or lights for the full flight."

Cons: "The flight crew did not do a check before takeoff. There were many seats in the recliner positions, the were children and adults standing during takeoff. When the meal was served there was good all over the cabin floor and hot coffee was spilled on my hand and lap while the flight crew was serving the person next to me."

Cons: "Unhygienic restroom, torn seats, frustrated stewardess. This is like passengers finding a charity and paying for airline staff. What do we call this..a failed airline. They should not be allowed to fly and passengers getting hoaxed to book this shifty airline"

Cons: "No crew member came to collect the jacket from psgrs and finally I had to ask for it. Your inflight supervisor and at times even commander used to come around and enquirer about the passenger comfort quality of food etc. none this time. Seats do not recline fully some one needs to do a preflight check."

Cons: "The seat became very hard after a long 14 hour flight. I kept having to hop up and go for a stroll in the cabin. This was not a problem except I had to ask 2 other people to move each time I wanted to get up."

Cons: "Flight was delayed again. I travel many times using Air India and every time the flight gets delayed for some reason best known to the crew. This jeopardizes the overall itinerary that a passenger plans in advance. Air India should make sure the flight don't get delayed and arrive at Hyderabad airport on time. This has happened many times in the past and I believe it definitely affects the image of Air India as a whole."
