Pros: Once through security boarding was relatively quick. Small seats though with very little leg room. Pleasant cabin crew though. I do wish that the airlines would invest in decent seats, on both the 757 (outbound) and the 737 (inbound) I suffered really bad with cramp and ANNOYINGLY this policy of having seats that recline on a short haul flight is silly. There is barely enough room already with the seat in front reclining ...

Cons: Check-In was ridiculous at Manchester Airport on the outbound flight with a long single very slow moving queue. 6 Check-In staff for about 7 or 8 flights all leaving within the hour! And then frustratingly the same on the way home - just 4 desks open for 4 flights all leaving within a hour of each other.

Pros: Easy check in and great in-flight service. Nice to have a full meal and bar service.

Cons: Slightly delayed, but nothing much.

Cons: Old plane. Very much below average entertainment. Basic things like coffee or soda for sale on 10 hour flight. Uncomfortable worn seats. Poor choices of food.

Cons: Poor communication between Sun Country airlines and Thomas Cook, NO checked bags for our group of 6 made it with the plane, I paid for 2 seats in row 22 and got separated from my wife and put in the back of the plane in 43 with sticky floors. Was not offered any help getting my money back on seats I paid for other than when exiting plane which was too late since I had to try to make my connection at this point.

Pros: Crew is friendly and polite. The guy at the boarding who made my day after all my nervous story with boarding pass! With his one sentence and sweet behavior the difficult transatlantic trip became more comfortable.

Cons: In Tbilisi there were problems with boarding pass from Doha to NYC, as they said at desk than I’ll git it in Doha without problems. The arrival was late, wat Doha’s desk they tried to give me boarding oass , but at last sent to the information desk, at that time I had only 1 hr before departure, lazy woman at dest was not so much helpful and friendly, at last I’ve got the boarding and run to the gate as crazy. It was possible to say that I can got it at the gate too

Pros: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Cons: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Cons: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Pros: The crew was excellent. However the business class seats were terrible. You had to step over a sleeping customer to get out of the seat. There was no place to put anything other than a distant little drawer under the TV. The food choices were the same old chicken and pasta.

Cons: The booking & checking system was terrible: online check-in didn't work, adding a bag didnt work. When calling the helpline an unhelpful agent explained that 3 days before the flight I could neither check in online nor add a bag! I've never heard or seen this with any other airline. I was told I would have to pay excess at the airport, around 10GBP per kilo! When I asked to speak to someone else I was told there was noone I could speak to! So, one of the largest travel companies in the world has noone to speak to when you have a problem... think about that for a moment. I felt like I was in a Kafkaesque novel. Crazily, when I phoned back in desperation later that day, it was suddenly no problem to add a bag. At the airport it was a similar fiasco: Thomson insists on a ridiculous 5kg for the on-board luggage. Most board cases already weigh 2-3 kilos before you've put anything in them! Not just this, the case was weighed at check-in. Again, I haven't experienced this in years. So the not very competent check-in agent had me juggling weight between two cases, just to comply with the rules, rules which seem exlusive to Thomson. This was the worst pre-flight experience I have ever had, and I have flown more than 25 times a year on average for the last 20 years. Thomson needs to revise its website, procedures & customer service urgently.

Cons: The plane was old, and falling apart. They didn't allow me to return to my home country, made me miss my flight, and forced me to buy another ticket. Never will I go with them again! Poor customer service! Also morning flights are so early no train makes it at that hour. You'd have to spend the night at the airport.

Makes B.A. look second rate. Again excellent driving by those at the pointed end.

Cons: Ground staff at departures at Montego bay were a little aggressive and arrogant. Dont know where the hell the 787 manufacturing plant got their seat designers from, but they certainly didnt get a degree in human anatomy, I guess they thought the plane would only get short haul usage i.e. two and a half hour flights......seating most unconfortable!

Pros: After reading some very negative reviews I had low expectations. However, the service was excellent, flight attendants were friendly, flight arrived early. No complaints and would definitely fly Condor again in the future.

Cons: To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all.

Pros: Aircraft was spacious and modern, food was the best I have had on any trans Atlantic flight in ten years.

Cons: Check in was a shambles one hour forty minutes this could be reduced right down too many repetitive questions , security was also awful the staff need a poke with a cattle prod to speed them up, boarding was poorly handled.

Pros: Very efficient at doing their jobs. Made up time in the air. Seats fairly comfortable. Good temp maintained.

Cons: Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly.

Cons: Many of the seat monitors did not work. Mine did not work going to or from Delhi. For a 14 hour flight that is ridiculous. The beverage cart came around once. All you got was water and tea or coffee with the meals. Some of the flight attendants had attitudes and were throwing temper tantrums.
