Cons: "I have flown Lufthansa several times to Bangalore. My complaint forever has been their baggage service. The bags for priority travelers takes 30-60 mins to arrive. If LH 754 gets delayed going into Bangalore, it creates a bottleneck with Emirates and Etihad arriving at about the same time."

Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

On that website I was not allowed to check in for my Lufthansa flights and i was stuck with seats I did not want in my 2 long intercontinental flights. This has happened before. Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."

Cons: "I was told that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. When I got on the plane I found that the overhead bins were ample sized for my hiking pack. I know that British Airways has a policy regarding bags in overhead bins that basically says 'if you cannot lift your bag into the overhead bin un-assisted, you must check your bag.' My husband and I are both experienced hikers, we lifted our packs unassisted on the last plane, yet they forced us to check our bags. I'm glad our bags made it to the UK, but this is literally the first time I've checked a bag and had it arrive. Also, the boarding passes sent to me on my phone were rejected by almost every security/boarding check. This is after BA supposedly fixed their error with the previous boarding passes. Overall not pleased with the experience but glad I paid under $300 for my ticket."

Cons: "BA pulled a fast one on the passengers by first gradually increasing the projected delay, up to 3.5 hours, and then last minute changing the flight status from "delayed by 3.5 hours" to "on time, gate open". They did this without making any announcements on the loudspeaker, or sending any notifications to the passengers. Whoever didn't see the status change on a screen would have missed the flight. The crew must have recognized this (after half of the plane didn't show up), and just decided to wait some more, so our "on time" flight was eventually delayed by 1.5 hours only because the airline couldn't shepherd the passengers together when they were ready to leave."

Cons: "definitely a significant downgrade from my first flight from dallas to london. this flight from london to bangalore was outdated, with old entertainment systems, no usb connection, no snacks available. also we were shuttled from the boarding area on a crowded bus to the plan and had to climb several stairs with our heavy handbaggage up to enter the plane. crew was ok, nothing special. i've traveled british airways quite a few times from the USA via London to India and always notice the downgrade on the flight to India."

Cons: "The flight home to DC was fine. The flight going to London from DCA was horrible.The deserts on the kids meals had mold on them. My daughter was vomiting as a result of the food. It ate into our trip which was hard for us as we were visiting my grandmother who is not well. We contacted the airline about it and their proposed compensation was not what we were expecting. Honestly we plan to make an annual trip but based on our experiences with this trip maybe we'll choose a different airline."

However, what was not ok was that the last hour to hour and a half, we were delayed because 2 people decided to leave the airplane and staff were looking for their bags. I find it outrageous that BA inconvenienced 400+ passengers for the sake of 2! This should not happen no matter how much they paid for their seats."

They were pleasant and always available to help if problems came up.. They maintained a good sense of humor and seemed to care about keeping people in good spirits."

When we landed we weren't told about the 2hr 10 min. time overage, but my sister said the plane reversed course around Iceland for a while, then turned around again and got back on track, but the PHX cell lot flight tracking board never said the flight was delayed or running late. She waited for me to get out of the airport an additional 3 hours. Luggage took a LONG time to get to the staging area and we had no clue what the problem was. It seems a simple task to put the PHX luggage in one area of cargo, and luggage going on to another destination in another area so 1st off clients could get their luggage and leave. There was a lot of luggage on the carousel that didn't get picked up. Very poor on the ground crew's part. When I have been in the air for 10 - 12 hours, I want to get my luggage and get home. Customs was a breeze compared to getting my luggage. BA lost my luggage at Heathrow on the way to Prague, and on the return had problems getting luggage to the passengers WAITING at the airport. You need to address how you handle customer luggage."

Cons: "My eyes were watering and my nose was itchy for the entire flight and I had to hold back sneezes and I think there was something in the air on the plane that was causing this to happen. I was double-masking and I do not have allergies. I wonder if it had to do with the chemicals used to disinfect the plane between flights? I was not very comfortable, to say the least. Everything else was great, though, but I don’t think I will be flying again anytime soon."

Pros: "Standard AA domestic flight. Once we were boarded and underway, things were fine. Crew was friendly, the aircraft was cleaned on the turn from the prior flight, and we didn't sit on the tarmac too long when arriving at DFW. Normal operations for AA domestic."
Cons: "Unfortunately, normal operations for AA domestic means boarding 20-30 minutes late, which delayed the arrival a bit. In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."

Pros: "Quality and clean aircraft, and service. Arrived early. Apparently this is one of AA's highest-quality routes."

Cons: "The flight within itself was not a problem. However there was a hold up because on weather which is not a problem better safe than sorry. But trying to make our connecting flight was the problem we asked over and over for information on if we were to make our connecting flight and no one seem to be able to give us a relatively fair answer on what we were to do because of the delays. Needless to say we missed our connecting flight in New Jersey they shut the door and said we could not board, that's OK if that was the rules but what to do next was the problem, no one could seemingly help us.We had to walk around to find someone to help us to only be told that we can just get the next flight but we had to go to customer service to get re-ticketed which was making us missed even another flight the lines in customer service were extremely long and they were going extremely slow so I had to jump out of line and go to a gate in which someone help me get re-ticketed to catch the next flight. We were to have someone to meet us in London in which we had no way to connect with them to tell them we were going to be 2 to 3 hours late. Once we got on a flight the plane was clean, the seats were spacious enough for economy and the staff was friendly but coming through New Jersey was not what I would want to do again but I had a flight back coming through. The horror!"

Pros: "I had a very pleasnt experience except the seat rows were SO small and my seat didn't recline. I am only 5ft 4in and I felt uncomfortable. The woman next to me was cleary very uncomfortable. This was my first time flying United in a while and I will definitely avoid UA in the future for long flights."
