Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

She kept pushing them and finally they switched with a couple other passengers. VERY RUDE!!!!"

Cons: "When there is a connecting flight from Domestic to international, Domestic is letting us in without any restrictions on Cabin luggage but in middle of journey in Chicago they have really troubled all the passengers, mainly they haven't checked the baggage's untill we have boarded the flight though everyone is there before 2 hrs of the and i personally asked they if my bags needs any new tags but just before they pulled everyone from the line and screwed us. which is really bad."

Cons: "Air hostess were very rude. Her name is Iliana , none of them have name tags on. I guess that will he the first thing any passengers would expect. Food was not served as per the menu. They gave away whay ever they wish. To ask for water we had to request 4-5 times. The air hostess Iliana was bumping constanly into us, and does not even have courtesy of apologising. Because of her I could not even sleep for a second in the plane. Iliana is very racist. When multi cultural people are around, it a common sense that we have to talk in a language which is understandable by every one. She was speaking in the local language, and messing around with the fellow passengers for a small issue. She is definitely not fit as an air hostess, if she is there as a racist. there was another air hostess who as shouting at us to book business class if we need to order individually. A kid beside me was asking for an ice cream if we had a chance of purchasing it, like we do in domestic airlines. When I was requesting for the ice cream, she mentioned it thrice to book a ticket in business class. Rude absolutely very very rudeeeee. Untolerable service.....worst really worst service. There was no blanket and ear plugs kept on my seat, I request iliana thrice for blanket and ear plugs, she was like i will give you after I serve everyone, but I never had one through out my journey. This is how Eithad has trained their air hostess to handle passengers. seriously I will never ever choose eithad."

Cons: "The seat in the exit aisle was too upright and very uncomfortable. After paying for the exit row seat I expected a more comfortable chair. We were stuck in Abu Dhabi for nearly 2 hours on the runway waiting for take off even though all passengers boarded early."

Cons: "I was assigned a middle seat next to a obese person. It was very unpleasant 13 hours, and the airlines could have moved one of us."

Cons: "Etihad doesn't have a consistent baggage policy. The line manager at the checkin did not stand by the company. Not ready to give a written statement of what they told me at the check-in counter. Customers are held hostage with the inconsistent policies and what ever they relay to you, you do not have any option but abide by that or cancel the trip."

Pros: "I was pained to see so many passengers hassled at checking time by the crew. When carry luggage with same dimensions was allowed on onward journey how can it be oversized on the return journey? I was asked to refer the website for dimensions and tod that Ethihad does not use standard carry on baggage size. Some passengers were forced to buy new carry on luggage at the airport. It is pathetic service in my opinion because the airline put so many elderly passengers with no knowledge of English to a lot of heardship."

Pros: "I like the Islamic programs, nice food, nice pillow"

Cons: "Etihad would not put me on an early flight despite having free seats on the plane. As a result of which I had a 7.5hour layover in Abu Dhabi. If they had moved me to the earlier flight, it would have left a lasting impression on me. I am looking to join a new loyalty program (from Lufthansa) and this gesture could have gone a long way."

Pros: "Loved the cabin crew, they were friendly, helpful and attentive despite a very long journey from Chicago to Islamabad."
Cons: "One piece of luggage was is banged up that there is a large dent and the handle no longer closes...unfortunately one of the best peices of luggage. Limited staff for such a filled flight, despite their best efforts service suffered. Need a seperate section for families with children. Face mask might be offered to passangers who coughed much of the journey causing concern about sharing germs in air that is already still. Food and toilet areas were smelly towards end of flight."

Cons: "The crew at O'hare Airport had terrible customer service.. The boarding crew made everyone buy new carry-on bags as their current bags were apparently 'too tall' to fit, even though most of the passengers there had arrived from domestic flights without having any issue with their carry-on baggage. They said that either pay $300 to check-in your bag, or buy a new bag. Once everyone had bought new bags ($100 minimum) and ditched their old bags (created a huge pile in the corner of the boarding area), they didn't bother to check the new bags to see if they were now compliant... Never flying with Etihad!"

Cons: "Gate manager "Nadia" very rude and unprofessional in dealing with boarding passengers."

Cons: "Food was bad. Seats were not comfortable especially for such a long flight"

Cons: "It seems Etihad hired a lot of beauties without the brain. The crew on this flight knew nothing about customer service. I had my face mask on displaying the side that states "please wake me up for meals" and of course I was not. Hours later, I woke up starving and had to go to back of the cabin to pick up a food tray since no one bothered to answer the call light. After finishing my meal, I pushed the call button 5x and no one came to collect the tray. I waved at an attendant 2x and she replied, "I'll pick it up on my way back" but she never came back. 3 HOURS LATER!!! My food tray full of waste was still sitting in front of me. At that point, the gentleman sitting in the aisle seat woke up, saw the tray still in front and he got very upset. He stopped a random attendant walking down the aisle and requested tray must picked right now! The attendant then apologize and was shocked herself that the tray sat on my table for 3 HOURS! In addition to this, the seats in the economy class were so tightly compacted and uncomfortable for a 13 hours flight. One could barely move."

Pros: "When one country allows the same size of lagguage one way .The other way down the other country doesn't allow in the last moment. They do not understand how inconvenient it would be for the travelers to adjust the lagguage ."
Cons: "It was difficult to leave planned lagguage in dust bin."

Pros: "Crew had filled overhead lockers with their bags leaving no room for ours"

Pros: "Super friendly and never skipped the details."

Cons: "I was very unhappy with Kiwi. I accessed Kiwi through Kayak where I had selected a seat with checked baggage. Neither the BA staff at Heathrow nor the BA staff at Chicago were aware that I had paid for checked baggage. After much debate the baggage fee was waived at both ends of journey."

Cons: "Delay , rebooked on fight. Had to wait 8 hours. I needed a wheelchair .. they put Erin a remote location with a rude assistant in charge of transfers for wheel chairs . She had none. Made me walk 15 minutes to find a place to take my meds. She couldn’t care less."

Cons: "I had been waiting a few hours for my next connecting flight ant at about 8:00 pm (45 minutes before departure), they announce that our flight might be delayed do to mechanical problems on our plane. It took them 4 hours to fix it. Which was not too bad. What was bad is that they lied to us. Because I missed my connecting flight, they said that they would be waiting for us with our new flights and not to worry. When we arrived in London, we were scrambling to find out where to go. there was several families in front of me that missed their flights and they were having problems trying to re-book their flights. It took about 3/4 hours for me (one person) to re-book my London to Glasgow because I was stuck behind families. I was trying to explain one of BA employees that I (1 person) needed a flight to Glasgow. It was getting late and I was worried that I might miss the last flight of the day and would be stuck in London until the next day. She didn't like that I told her that and didn't want to help me. so it took me about 4 hours in line to get my flight and had to rush to get it. I had also purchased a window sit that I was not able to get. The guy that help me re-book my flight told me that I would have to call for that. Which I did now but the first phone # I called, the guy said that I had to call this other #. I called the # he gave me and a recording comes out that they are too backed up with calls and cannot help me to go to the website. At the website, they are asking for the flight # of the re-booked flight (I only have my original flight #'s on my email). I don't know what happened to the ticket they gave me to board the re-booked flight so I don't have it. I don't know where else to call about my refund and also think I deserve some kind of compensation for missing a day at both airports with horrible treatment and service. CAN YOU HELP ME ON HOW TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT MY REFUND AND SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION?"
