Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

Service was very good, food and entertainment systems were good

toilets could be cleaned more frequently, everything else was pretty good.

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Best airline I think. No problems with anything. Crew were great, no problems with the airline food and entertainment and a smooth flight.

I was in a middle seat where I felt a bit too cramped otherwise the trip was good

Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.

Headwind delayed our flight which wasn’t the airlines fault

The legroom in economy on an A321 is wholly inadequate for a 6’3” man. Deeply dissatisfied.

For an international flight, the service was average at best. It could have been significantly better, particularly with regard to the food quality and options. Additionally, having only two restrooms available for the entire Economy Class made the experience less comfortable and resulted in long wait times.

The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.

I booked wheel chair for my mother but she was told to walk by herself in the middle of her way to the gate. She had to board a connecting flight under a time crunch and this was unfair to leave her to walk. Other than that they had no complains about anything else.

More tasty food particularly ethnic food. Staff didn’t respond to calls some of the time in premium economy.

The flight from Hong Kong to Hyderabad didn’t have any power points to charge my mobile. Given we are no longer allowed to use power banks, giving customers the ability to charge even on short flights is critical part of the overall experience.

Seat was very old. Didn’t easily go up and down. Flight Attendent had issues moving the seat. Condition of the seat was ok. Parts were peeling off by the foot area. Food was ok. Ran out of the dish I wanted so got the beef. Beef filet was very tender but the sauce was a little strange. Disembarking was very easy.

The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.

The vegan oriental option was disappointing. The regular vegan option was okay but we've had better.

I love the comfortable business class seats. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly.
