Cons: "We learned the connecting flight from BWI TO PHL was canceled when we tried to pull boarding passes.This started a five hour panic for our party of four which was a leisure travel nail biter. We lost a day, flew into JFK and had to make other arrangements to avoid canceling our trip."

Cons: "I got switched to American Airlines last minute, which is a sister company of British Airways, apparently. This was 1 of the 2 worst flights that I have ever been on, only second to my other booked flight for this trip home. This flight was 7+ hours long and it was nothing short of horrible. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and barely went back at all. The male flight attendant was clearly annoyed and was short with every person who would ask for anything. He would roll his eyes at every request by customers. At one point I saw him literally toss a sandwich into a customers lap because they were turned the other way and didn't hear him when he asked if they wanted one. There was no way to watch anything unless you had your own device and had downloaded it yourself prior to the flight."

Cons: "Non-stop from Madrid to Philadelphia was canceled apparently because of a computer problem and then I was rerouted through Amsterdam with an extremely short connectios which in turn meant that baggage did not make it and was opened and damaged !!! BA clearly at fault. BA Reservations agent suggested to enter a complaint"

And our whole reason for booking British Airways was to avoid any US airline... We paid a premium, plus Kayak then sends you to a third party processor that charges you another $100 booking fee! American Airlines was terrible! Not even an entertainment center on an international flight (OLD PLANE THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE!). We will NEVER use KAYAK again."

Cons: "This flight was operated by American Airlines. The Contour of the seat back is very uncomfortable. I find this on all American Airline planes. Food was ok, prepared well but lacked flavor."

Cons: "Several couples including my husband and I were split up for 9 hour flight, this is not desired when trying to relax, sleep and enjoy vacation. Also food offerings were all foods I could not eat, so I arrived in Philadelphia not feeling well. I have lactose intolerance as do many people and every meal or snack included dairy products. I was able to eat basic carbohydrates but no protein sources other than the almonds I always travel with. When paying $1000 for a flight I should be able to sit with my husband and eat some food. Also the TV screens are very difficult to use, not responsive to touch."

The flatbread with weird combination of cheese, peppers etc after flying for 8 hours is just not good for any stomach."

Cons: "My number one complaint is the lack of a air valve over the seat. The airflow is very important. Lack of airflow meant that the sunside passengers cooked in the heat from the windows while our cabin mates on the other side were bundled. A bit of air whizzing past would have helped us unstagnate ourselves. Additionally that bit of air on ones face help immeasurably for passengers such as myself who feel a bit of airsickness. Not having that small breath of air was greatly missed. With my compliments to the crew my complaints are about elements they did not have control over - such as running out of food when serving the final snack. Services at the front of the class were good but supplies dwindled and it felt as if the crew were either understaffed or overtaxed because despite genuine best efforts the rear of the class was under supplied. The aircraft itself needed attention in the details - tech such as audio jacks, sub ports were only about 2/3rds functional in my row. I volunteered to have my neighbor charge his phone at my seat as his was very obviously broken. Audio jacks in his seat were broken and my jack necessitated holding the entire flight in order to receive sound. Seats and carpets while clean were worn and in places fraying and thread bare and stained."

So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."
