Excellent experience. Flight landed before time. Crew was very efficient, good food, in fact yummy food. Perfect experience. I wish they add something on the entertainment side also, which they are lacking right now. Hopefully soon they will add
This was my first flight on Akasa Air. Overall experience was average. But the landing / touchdown was one of the worst that I have seen. Very hard and rough, it was scary.
The flight was 90 minutes late, but other than that no issues whatsoever. Boarding was quick and the flight crew were well-trained.
Really liked attitude of staff, particularly at the time of Check-In, though they were slow. and punctuality of the flight, In tie take-off and in-time landing.
Nice place and crew. Everything from checking bags all the way to arrival was excellent
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SEATS. I was on row 6 and they had put exit row seats (where the handrests don't move). I am 5 ft 2 and had NO space in front of me - the seat in front of me was touching my knees. Was the most claustrophobic 3 hours of my life. It was like being in a cage. I won't be traveling in Akasa ever again unless there's a must-go situation and no other options are available.
Considering their new step to aviation world , it didnt seemed like they doesn't know how to serve the guest on board and in ground . Super prompt services is really appreciating and on time rather before time arrival is something to applaud.
Overall experience has been festinating. your on ground staff at the check in counters are very special and they make a big difference on my opinion and hence rated them 10 out of 10. Well groomed, speak politely, guide well and give appropriate suggestions. During boarding also it is well planned and well managed. Overall a good job. just an issue with your Mobile app. while check - in from mobile app it dosent take the Auto assigned seats and then when done from a Laptop it takes place. This has to sorted out. I have faced this issue for the 7th time in last 40 days while travelling with Akasa Air.
My choice of food was not availabe for purchase, even veg cup noodle was not available and I had to settle for chicken. The Kombucha was great though The landing was very bumpy. Would not prefer to fly again
Friendly staff but otherwise a typical no frills airline. The sets are extremely cramped
The flight has been delayed for nearly an hour, yet neither the captain nor the chief steward made an effort to explain the reason for the delay or offer any apologies to the passengers.
I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

My flight boarding was interrupted as gate staff said I needed visa in advance for Vietnam....
Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.
Crews could have been more friendly and helpful . One specific crew was a bit rude to some passengers

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.

Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!
Cancelled flight probably not enough seats were filled. Mess up with luggage and it took 1.5 hrs to start dispersal on belt
On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat

The aircraft interiors are falling apart. Felt like a waste paying for business class as it was indistinguishable from economy in any way.

Not comfortable for sitting. Sits are too close to each other and it’s too hard for butt..you need to improve your entertainment section like tv programming, Movies, it’s so hard to kill 15 hrs in long flights .you don’t serve good food like other competitive airlines thats my opinion
No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
Seats are too close . Need to make little wider so passenger can sit comfortably
