I don't remember all they offer for breakfast - there was so much: coffee, yogurt, donuts, corn flakes, you can make toasts and even waffles.
Cons: There was information about $300 cash deposit at arriving in the booking confirmation. But actually they didn't collect it. The price is quite high, but it is the way it is in LA.

Cons: Bathroom was small, lacked sufficient half/hanging space for clothing, accessories, bath supplies. Shower curtain leaked even when completely closed. Breakfast area was small and not in a pleasing location. It was right next to reception and the view was of the parking lot. Breakfast was okay but not great--quality of pastries (cellophane-wrapped, mass-produced) and fruit (preserved, in cellophane-wrapped plastic cups) was poor--fresh would have been better. Tea bags were a cheap, inferior brand. More selection of teas would have been appreciated. Swimming pool was closed, even though LA weather is still warm. Small window but no extractor fan in the bathroom.

Cons: Beds and sofa bed were not very comfortable but everyone has a different idea of comfortable so that’s ok. The only thing stopping me giving top marks for this hotel is that the A/C unit is in the master bedroom so you get no sleep, it’s soooooo loud and then the room is too hot when you turn it of.

Cons: The room we were given upon check-in had a patio door that could not close or lock properly; we had to argue in order to be given an alternative room; a very unpleasant experience, though after that we enjoyed the hotel immensely and I would recommend it.

Bathroom was a weird layout but it was nice for me since I needed help getting up from surgery but the room itself was spacious and clean.

Cons: No toilet paper, dirty floors, cigarette smell in the room, sketchy neighbors, cigarette burns on the sheets. Two rooms had bed bugs according to a sticky note on the receptionist's window. Oh did i mention the gunshots at 2am? It was also really hard to get parking. Pretty sure i saw some drug dealers sleeping in their car and selling to hotel guests.

Cons: Duct tape on carpet where it was torn and coming apart, stains on walls, room was filthy, broken chair, broken fridge, the room was filthy and outdated, the website pics are false.

Cons: The charge was slightly higher than the booking amount. I was bit by possibly a spider on my second night. When seaching, spider webs were found. During check out I told the staff and showed him one large bite on my arm and he didn't react.

Cons: In the hotel despite it was 3 stars the people stayed overnight /weekends were not that good they are poor quality There are long term Customers staying in the Hotel is not that good It was like watching porn movie in the middle of the night when the next-door people doing sex in the middle of the night and there had been an police case due to the neighbors that police came knocked my door and get info about the case The other thing is the construction in front is very bad cause they start at around 7.30 in the morning with noice In the weekends it's hard to find parking spot due to the crowd of customers
