Pros:I own property in Mexico and have traveled many places in the country I give this hotel 2 stars because the staff is wonderful and its on the bay ( which is not nice at all) The photos of the hotel with the hammocks in front of the rooms is why I chose to stay. However those rooms belong to the owners/ managers. There are no hammocks in front of the other rooms nor are there room darkening shades nor paint like those shown. I paid over 100 a night low season but the hotel is more of a 40 dollar hotel. The wifi doesn't really reach the rooms. There were holes in walls and doors, no drinking water, no ice, three channels,thin walls,barking dogs. Super clean room however. Staff great good air conditioning I did like being near the malecon, however there isn't much there as far as things to do. Pool seemed cloudy and couldn't find a bathroom near it ( may have been but looked) . Rim of pool broken up and plaster coming off bottom. Felt safe .
