Cons: - The pool is tiny, not open to the sun, and closes early, since it is in the Sky Bar - The Sky Bar is nothing special, despite the view, as the music is too loud and the space too cramped to really be a comfortable place to hang out or enjoy the view

Cons: The keycard entry to the rooms failed to work on almost every occasion though so this was a fairly annoying issue that was never addressed by the front office staff. Another issue that came up was when I asked on more than one occasion to extend my stay the fact that the hotel was in fact fully booked and therfore could not take my booking was never mentioned. I found this very frustrating and unhelpful.

Cons: The residence apartments are not used often or tended to. While spacious, there were power outages and brown water. The room was also ready two hours after the standard 2pm check-in. Front desk staff did not want to handle or seem primed to focus on customer service. Management was essential and most helpful.

Cons: The front desk staff was useless, though I had confirmed booking they said they didnt have any information, they didnt even give a late check out though I had two rooms booked and I told them that I shall let go of one of the rooms early they day before. Horrible front desk staff

Cons: No restaurant, I asked for ice, the did not have any .

Cons: When I check-in, the reception employee made me slightly uncomfortable because he changed the room I arranged. The room condition was unclean so I felt it was not cleaned properly.

Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

Cons: The internet access in the rooms can be faster and easier to log on. Internet access is increasingly becoming a key consideration by visitors when deciding which hotel to choose.
