PROS: The staff greeted me warmly as they checked me in and showed me to the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had tea and coffee making in the room along with a TV. En suite bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well. It is above the Pub and after checking in I journeyed down for a tasty lasagne and a pint. It is also right in the town center in easy walking distance from the train/ferry terminal (just be sure to exit the train towards the ferry terminal and use the foot bridge that brings you right into the town center).CONS: Although I didn’t mind, any time one is staying above a pub there is a higher noise level to be expected. Unlike US bars, the pubs close earlier and the crowds disperse at a reasonable time (before 12).
