Florence hotels near Teatro Comunale di Firenze

Pros: Staying at Casa Howard was one of the most pleasant experiences and a highlight of our trip thus far. The room we stayed in, the game room, also known as the terrace room was as charming as could be! The terrace is so peaceful and quiet and is such an added bonus! The location is great, too. Not too far from the train station, yet close to shops and restaurants. The staff at Casa Howard was so welcoming and very accommodating as well. We loved our stay in Florence and Casa Howard and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Florence.

Pros: Went on a romantic getaway with my fiance and this place was exactly what we were looking for. The location is outstanding, price amazing considering what we got. Staff was so, so accommodating. Loved the hotel bar, the bartender was amazing. They have happy hour every night too, and it was great fun.

Pros: Very nice hotel . Old but when you walk in a room looks totally different . White tiles in bathrooms and all very clean and good quality with and charm . Beds a little hard but dig. Great quite rooms looking over inside gurden. Restaurant overlooking all Florance at breakfast and also for dinner with many outside tables . Stuff very friendly and helpful , concierge knows their stuff , ask for their suggesting if you need to travel around.

Pros: The rooftop garden restaraunt panoramic view is breathe taking! the food was delicious pricey but well worth every bite. The service was very classy, polite, attentive and friendly the staff made me and my two daughters feel very special. The waiter brought my daughter a shawl when he saw that she was cold and offered us one as well. Our room had a window with a view for people watching, the maid kept our room very clean, every evening when we arrived back from a long day our beds would be turned down waiting for us. The location of the hotel was perfect every thing in walking distance. Doormen and bell hops very friendly and courtesy. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and welcoming and accommodate us with a bigger room when we revealed to him that our room was too small for 3 girls. We were hoping to see him again next day to thank him but we never saw him again. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious! Lots of food even at 945! i love the historical story of the hotel and old pictures of the hotel in the past. The antique furniture, history, and decor can only be appreciated by historical buffs. A historical beauty!

Pros: It is close to railroad station and downtown. Staff are proffessional and rooms are clean. We used two rooms. Very nice hotel.

Pros: The location cannot be beat. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome. And the staff were friendly.

Pros: We liked staying in a well maintained older hotel. Rich dark wood throughout, stained glass windows, and a view of Florence from the rooftop terrace that is unbeatable. Staff was helpful.

Pros: The locations is great because it is located within walking distance of all the major sites, the train station,many restaurants and the market.

Pros: The front reception was very helpful with the opportunity to upgrade and assist with connecting with their WiFi which was not a simple exercise.

Pros: Breakfast is great Staff are super friendly and helpful Room is decent size for Italy Central location, and perfect for renting cars as Avis is close by, and walking to and from the train station for your entry and exit from town.
