The rental fell fat below our expectations.. Not only was our booked rental not ready upon pickup, we had no choice but to pay for an upgrade to an "intermediate" SUV from a standard reservation.. Not only that, the brakes are weak, assuming they are warped.. Upon slowing down, the entire car vibrates and the stopping power is subpar.. Furthermore, the heated steering wheel function does not work. Last but not least, the treads on the front tires are near bald. As we were driving north, we could sense the loss of traction.. We drove up to Reno through 395 through two days of a harsh snow storm, was extremely dangerous.. Both the brakes and tires posed as a serious safety hazard.. The car had 60,000 miles. The highest I've ever seen before in a rental. Not happy with the experience..Reviewed 26 Feb 2023

Staff was great, car was great. Their computer system/check out was ridiculous. Took 20-30 min to check out each person, creating a line wrapped around the corner. It took us nearly 2 hrs to get helped. I know it was their system because the employees were working non-stop. No other location I have ever been to is like this. We rented the car. It had car due for service the first day we took it. Branch didn’t respond to any of our enquiries even though I physically went there. Then they charged me for 7 days though I had the car for only 5.5 days.Reviewed 25 Aug 2022

GOOD: The website was simple and not deceptive like many others. No hidden costs, no tricks. BETTER: The return time on a Saturday (they close at 1 p.m.) was quite early. We'd rather have returned our vehicle at a later time.Reviewed 31 Jul 2022

There are two Enterprise pick up locations at LAX. The Enterprise bus from the airport does not go to one of them. We were not told this and neithr the reservation nor confirmation email mentions it. After riding the bus from the airport, we then had to find our own way to the second location where our car was. Rediculous. Added a half hour to the process.Reviewed 30 Jul 2022
