Traveling to Brunei is allowed for Brunei Citizens, Permanent Residents, and travelers for compelling reasons.
Travelers with compelling reasons are required to obtain an Entry Travel Pass approval.
Visitors from India must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken within 2 days for RT-PCR (NAAT) and 1 day for Antigen (quick-test) before departing to Brunei Darussalam.
Visitors from India will need to quarantine for 5 days upon entering Brunei Darussalam.
Unvaccinated travelers returning from Brunei Darussalam must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 72 hours before departure to India.
Fully vaccinated travellers with approved vaccination certificates do not need to present a negative COVID-19 test.
Visitors returning from Brunei Darussalam are not required to quarantine upon entering India.
