Pros: The car was clean. That's about it. Everything else is wrong with this agency.
Cons: They don't advertise they will force you to buy insurance at 20 pounds a day or you won't be able to take the car!
In addition, when you pay with a non-UK credit card (which of course accepts pounds) they will convert themselves to pound sterling and rob another 3.5% of the total.
Avoid them if you have the chance.

Pros: The car was fine. The folks in the car lot were friendly.
Cons: During check-in, they told me I needed to either pay 10 pounds a day for theft insurance, or allow them to put 1,000 pounds on my car for deductible. They told me it was separate and different than coverage from my insurance provided by my airline credit card. It seemed wrong, but I was in a hurry. I have never paid "theft" insurance on a car rented in the UK, or anywhere else in Europe.
Cons: We waited for the Hertz shuttle at the airport for over 25 minutes before finally just taking a cab. We try to call them and got no answer. We also tried to use their FaceTime at the kiosk inside the airport, but we're unable to reach them.
