The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.

The transit at Heathrow was an absolute and total nightmare. Absolutely gut wrenchingly horrible and scary. Embarrassing that their National air carrier cannot figure a half decent experience for passengers to transit via London. Shameful.

The business class seating arrangement for LHR to MAA was very uncomfortable. The movie options were terrible.

Even in business class, no 2 members of our family including kids were able to sit together. I booked the tickets months in advance. The all my luggage was left in London and arrived 2 days later. It took hours to report the missing luggage at the airport and 3-4 hours to recover one of the bags from the airport with mind bending amount of paperwork. Worst experience ever, I would seriously reconsider traveling by British Airways again.

Besides having a LONG layover in Philadelphia to begin with, our flight was delayed and left late. We spent 7 hours in the Philadelphia airport after being in the air 7 hours from Portugal to Philly. It turned into a 24 hour day of travel which was exhausting. I know you can't help weather but our layover was difficult as my husband is handicapped. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with his wheelchair tho!!

Overall, the food and entertainment were great. The staff were amazing, polite and professional. They did not have WiFi on board on this leg but that was okay. There was a delay in boarding from London and landing at Mumbai airport but the pilot communicate DC the reason for the delayed landing. They even sent us an apology afterwards for the delayed landing.

I do not understand how BA takes coach seating and has people paying for business class. There is no leg room, seats don’t recline and no entertainment to be had unless you brought your own.

It is a wonderful airline. The cabin crews were friendly and the food as well as the service the were excellent.

The flight was fine but they made me pay for my carryon bag because they said it was too big at the counter. But it fit under the seat just fine.

Outdated from start to finish. Good was inedible, choice was very poor. They don’t seem to care
