It would be great if the flight attendants could inform people travelling with small children that at take off and landing the children should drink liquid or chew/swallow something so their ears don’t hurt. Also, Emirates serves the food to the children first. Really good idea. Best of all would be to put all children in the same area.

The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

PLEASE GIVRE US PERMISSION TO BOOK SEAT NUMBER EVEN WITH FEES

Luggage never made it it’s been 2 days and no proper update

Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend

They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.

The food and drinks were below the normal standard we expect from Turkish Airlines. On a 4 hour flight we received 1 drinks service and 1 food service, the latter was a cheese omlete, which is well below what we have received in the past, such a shame we always recommend this airline..

I wouldn't know what the flight was like. AI canceled my flight reservation!! There's no way to speak to an actual human to fix the issue! NEVER AGAIN! ALWAYS BOOK YOUR FLIGHT DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE NEVER GO THROUGH KAYAK OR JUSTFLY.COM!!
