Cons: "When you people send a copy of the E Ticket you place a picture of a fake credit card at the bottom of the page. There were three of us travelling independantly through India and each time we presented the appropiate copy of the E -Ticket they wanted to see the credit card pictured on the ticket. Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice."

I understand it's a cheap airline and that happens, but would have appreciated telling us ahead of time. Also couldnt get boarding passes online. Will avoid this airline in the future."

Kayak didn't inform me of how to claim my eticket which they had booked thru 3rd party "Kiwi" in Brno, using a credit card number not my own. Had to show my pre printed invoice to claim my "E"-ticket. Stress-inducing, not relaxing, but not a catastrophy."

So I had to discovered it by other tourists and then I had to book another flight at a higher rate because of the time and I had to cancel a couple of activities already paid to solve all of this and they offer to reimburse just the cost of the flight in 60 days. Horrible experience"

Pros: "Outbout flight was good and on time the return leg on 26/10/15 was delaayed for almost 5 hours and on landing at ORT international airport we were kept on tarmac inside the plane for over 20 minutes due to lack of buses to take the passengers to the arrival terminal"
